Absolutely disgusting customer service.Called and arranged a viewing on a car .was given a time late afternoon. We travelled 30 miles to be told the car had been sold earlier that day .what waste of time and money ..avoid!!

Car shopping for father in law. Found a good selection of very clean cars there. Nice people, very helpful and well priced. Drove away an immaculate Toyota Corolla which has given no issues after 4 - 5 months. We missed the aerial was missing though. Cheap enough on ebay ;-)

This place is a scam, has cars that have just passed their MOT but had MOT fails on it without even starting the engine.
After the test drive it was obvious it had some serious faults but the man dealing with us didn't care.
Lastly the guy dealing with me was not pleasant in the slightest, felt we was inconveniencing him.
Watch out with the fake phone calls as well, they pretend they are on the phone asking about prices they can do you but there is clearly no one on the other end.
Avoid!

Saw a car for sale with these people gave them a call as we lived 100 miles away they told me car was in very good condition so we drove over to have a look at the car when we got there the car was shabby every wheel was scratched aerial missing door handle missing scuffs all over the car also the car had 25000 moles on it but the gear stick paint had worn off and gear box very sloppy not what you expect from a car with suck low mileage ???? makes you wonder doesn't it ?? All I am saying is a journey wasted and do tiur homework before buying from these people very suspicious.

Honestly dont bother with that place..cars are overpriced for what they are; they try to hide faults as much as possible and dont even tell you about them. They are very ignorant and unprofessional. They just give u a key to go and have a look yourself they just dont care...i made an appointment in the morning for the viewing and i told them about it and it took me an hour drive to get there and when i got there they tell me its sold...

Bought a Car from here, over £4000 for a car that had a fuel leak. Fixed under "warranty" and received the car 6 days later. When buying the car i questions the transmission and was ensured by the saleman that the car was fault free. No MOT Certificate was given with the car. - the car does have valid MOT though. Car wasnt cleaned inside/out and still had odd belongings of previous owner...
Exhaust leak found, new water pump needed, dual mass flywheel, clutch and valvetrain. Wasnt cheap.Key fob batteries died after only a few days. Also had faulty headlights from purchase date which turn off and flicker as they please. Do not think the warranty they offer is worth anything as they will do anything to get out of paying for it and it is third party - meaning the dealership does not care as to what happens to the car, once it is signed over you're on your own. Salesman was extremely rude ontop of it all. It's very clear looking back that they either didnt have the car checked out at all or that they knew faults were there and tried to pull the wool over our eyes. As a dealer they must have known. clutch was so bad I feel like an idiot for taking it. - previous cars were not much better
Forgot to mention the headrests that came with the car had screens on them. Consider them sold and the car does not have oem headrest. Definitely overpriced DO NOT STEP NEAR THEIR DEALERSHIP. They do not care about their cars and they certainly do not care about you. Do not be fooled, look at the reviews they speak for themselves.

I was in a hurry for a car so found a nice looking motor on auto trader. It was overpriced but local, the car had a headrest missing, dents and scratches, elec windows were tempermental and amongst other things no spare key. Found the previous owner on facebook who says the spare was handed in with the car to this 'dealer'! Mot is of course questionable as the mot center is in the same overcrowded squalor of an industrial estate street just up the hill. The car needs work but he wouldnt budge on price not even a penny, seemed to become slightly aggressive when i offered less due to the car being in less than average condition and told me "this cars cheap, they go for £1800 all day long" err no they dont... "bruv"! Id avoid this dive just a heads up :)

Rung up about car to view as I was traveling from 5 hrs away. Messaged them directly to ask about dents and scratches apart from one on back of car(again saying I was travelling from over 4 hours away. They failed to tell me about the scuff running down the entire width of boot and the two dents on side of car. Instead just sending more photos of the scuff on back I had already identified. And despite knowing I was coming as I had contacted them several times and even called when I was 2 hours away, the car wasn't even preped and would not start. Oil was just a spec on bottom of dipstick to. Walked away after telling them how frustrated I was having put faith in their business that my questions were not answered honestly. Plus wasted £50 on fuel to get here.

Bought a car from them not flexible ok price, said car was running fine then found the following issues with the car:
After couple of days passenger side electric window not working
Rear window fog/steam electrical lines broken
Bonnet latch broken
Key broken (didn't fuss us too much that)
After 4 months starter motor has gone
Had a funny smell for a fair while
No service history
