Worst garage I have ever been to. Had a car crash in February and my car was taken to Drive Vauxhall to be repaired. We had to chase the garage up for an update on the work. They had my car for almost 8 weeks, in which they kept telling me they were waiting on parts but then when confronted said that the parts they were waiting for had arrived weeks before. This garage has terrible customer services and struggled to remember what lies they had told me. Just be warned that if you take your car to this garage it won’t be sorted in a hurry. This garage has caused to much stress to me and my family to the point we had to get our insurance company to deal with them.

Don't buy a used car from Drive Leicester, they sold me a car with the centre section of the exhaust missing, and "fitted" brake pads that only lasted 4000 miles, which they claim is normal. Took 2 weeks to get someone to talk to me about it and their only answer was call a solicitor.

I recently purchased the new vauxhall crossland from Drive Vauxhall Leicester and I had the most unbelievable experience ever, I have had many cars over the years and this was by far the best experience I have had when exchanging cars. Darshan who dealt with the sale and everything else was excellent, he made me feel comfortable (all being done over the phone due to current situations) through it all and I didn't feel pressured at all. He assured me if it wasn't ment to be then there wasn't a problem at all but he would do his best to make it work. Darshan was professional and friendly, easy to talk to and kept me updated all the time via emails and calls. I don't have one bad word to say other than thank you Darshan and his boss, who was also a very nice man, we had a chat and it really was the best. The car was well presented on collection with a cute sign on it ???? made my day. I recommend Drive Vauxhall Leicester to anyone looking to either upgrade or get a new car. Best team ever. Can not fault Jason who approached us to ensure we were being looked after And once we had a quick chat about our interests in the cars he went above and beyond to make sure we could find the right car for us. Along with this he was extremely polite and very accommodating and had very good knowledge of the cars while taking an interest in us as customers. I would recommend drive Vauxhall Leicester to anybody and in particular Jason as a sales advisor.

Customer Service is shocking. My partners car has been in the service centre for over 4 weeks with limited updates on what’s wrong with it regardless of calling numerous amount of times. The front desk is helpful, but even they can’t get through to their colleagues within the service centre. W/C 20 July 2020 we rang 4 times and each time we were promised a call back with no action taken. I highly recommend staying clear of Drive Vauxhall Leicester, if I could give this zero stars I would because even one star is generous.

The car service process was good. Although I had to drop-off my car twice to get all the recommended faults fixed, I used the online process to authorize recommended faults but the faults were not fixed the first time hence the reason I had to drop-off again. Car valet after service could be better. Customer service was good too. I would recommend but advise to call the contact number rather than use the online process to get any recommended faults fixed.

Got car in October and it broke down 5 times in 2 months, waiting for phone call or anyone to answer my emails is like trying to talk to the dead. Only reply if kept bugging and calling myself! Every time car broke down they promised me it would be fixed and it will never happen again and yet again broke down! I am disgusted by the company and so anger! I have children and having car That breaks down every couple of weeks is not acceptable! I will never be going there again!

I always thought if you have a big issue with car then take it to your local dealer but i was wrong so this is what happen took the car to vauxhall dealer as my car is vauxhall zafira diesel so i paid £72 for full diagnose test so they told me car got issue with fuel valve so i said ok but then the guy rings me next day saying fuel vale is ok its my diesel injector i said ok so they told me they are gone sent the injector for testing then they will start work as they dont knw the issue so vauxhall kept my car with them for 7 days then on the 7 days i got call from them saying no problem with injector it might be a another problem so they kept my car for seven days and could not find the issue so i took my car from them gave it to county diesel the next day they found out the issue and sort it out with in a day and funny it had fuel valve issue and vauxhall could not fixed it and they wasted 7 days if my time as i am a taxi driver thank you vauxhall for wasting my time

Brought a car from vauxhall drive leicester around a month ago. Would not recommend. Came to vauxhall after being messed around at other garages and wanted somewhere we thought we could trust. Extremely poor communication. We never got a call when we was supposed to. We always ended up calling for a update on when the car would be ready to be told different every time. Took just over 2 weeks to get the car originally. Arranged to collect the car to get a call a hour before to say still waiting on parts, when we had been told previously everything was done and ready. Never no apologie or thank you! Finally collected the car to realise steering was awfully heavy. This then took another week of waiting for the parts etc. Even worse we was sold a car that was faulty. Literally drove off with a dangerous car! I could go on but i think you get the jist. Poor poor and poor!

Furious. Travelled 200 miles. They had 9 days to prep a car (MOT and valet). Had to wait 3 hours for valet and mot on the day of collection. Wet seats. 5 miles down the road, engine warning light. Waste of time and money - fuel and ferry expenses not refunded.

I bought my car in April 2019, supposed to have had a MOT before I bought it, took it for mot on Monday the 7/9/20 where they told me I need break pads and disc which cost over £500. Now I bought the car with 43000 miles on the clock and I only clocked it up to 48000 miles on the clock , this showed i hadden't used my car much and since long down I only used it one day a week. So I can't understand why I would have have this done only if they knew when they sold it to me that it would need doing, won't be going back there ever again. Am so angry there answer was it won't cost that much next year

I have used a number of Drive Dealerships for purchase and service. I went to Drive Leicester and they found me the exact car i wanted, sadly it had a few issues, they tried to fix but eventually they replaced the car. Special mention must go to the General Manager, Tim Haycock, who along with Jayne in sales, helped resolve all issues. I am aware that there have been problems at the dealership but have to say that Tim has turned things around. My car is now due its MOT and Service (march 2020) , I am a little out of pick up range - my partner if pregnant and self isolating Tim has stepped up and helped sort a pick up and drop back. I highly recommend this Dealership, if could give more stars I would.

Horrible customer service, disgusting behaviour of the staff towards potential customers and just atrocious attitudes towards everyone and everything. And honestly I think that they are discriminatory towards ethnic minorities. Went in and was viewing the cars for 10-15 at the cars outside and then stated looking around to see if there was anyone free to talk to and to get some advice/information about getting a car. After 15 minutes of stading there I went up to the office door and said excuse me twice and nobody looked my way even though there was a few workers free just standing around and talkign to each other. Then I said hello louder thinking maybe I didn't get their attention and an man (average built, around 5'11, older side of middle aged man with glasses and greying hair) looked at me with annoyance in his eye for a straight minute or so and then just looked away. It's just disgusting really that type of behaviour, befire anyone says it isn't to do with your race well I was the only ethnic minority there, there was other two customers around the time I was there. One caucasian couple who were there before I came and one caucasian man who came after me but within two minutes of him being there someone came up to him asking for help. There was also only caucasian workers there. So you I guess you can interpret that the way you like, I know I was left to do that. I understand that some people just look and don't really buy and then leave within 5 minutes but If I am standing there for 15 minutes and looking around for someone and then coming up to the office with the workers inside and then trying to ask my self and they just ignore me then it really shows how much you lots respect your customers and potential car sales. Disgusting. Wouldn't recommends this place to anyone. If they wont better review or even more sales then they need to fix the attitude of the staff and learn some some damn manners.

Dreadful service it took 2 & a half days to get a response from the parts department despite numerous messages. To finally get a response had to go through a sales manager. Finally had a call back and despite confirming that the the order would be confirmed with them via email, 3 days later still no part and it hasn't even been ordered.
