very poor service start to finish after my partner being quoted for her first service £225 which eventually we paid £161 (taking advantage). after the service was complete the car hadn't been cleaned inside and out as the salesman had told us that it should have been. Always double check the price you are paying is correct is my advice but nobody seemed to care.

Wow what a Micky mouse outfit!!! Parts department had me on hold for over 25mins only to be answered and instantly hung up! Very frustrating, finally after an hour of ringing got through (was told I’ll get a call back which never happened either)! Ok so parts ordered and I was told ready to collect! When to the branch, no one at the parts desk, ok so I get told to press the button and someone will be out! 20 mins of waiting no one came out no asked if I needed assistance! So ask at reception and very politely I was told to ring the bell! I explained I have and I have been waiting 20 minutes now, (I’m only a small business so waiting and collecting parts affects my day in a great way)! So I pressed it again only to be waiting another 20mins, if I didn’t need the parts I would have walked out within the first 15mins! So another 20 mins go by then I ask a sales man what’s going on with parts! He said he doesn’t know and I should press the button, by now I have been waiting 45mins, he could see I was getting irate, so he went in the back to go and see! And low and behold another 10 minutes later parts advisor shows up!!! Took over 2 hours of my day to order and collect parts! Soooo again, I ring for parts for a customers vehicle, after getting through to the reception for about 10 times finally got through to the parts department, I was told the part I need will be here in the morning and sent out for delivery next day! Next day 4pm still no part! So finally get through to parts who advised parts got held up he doesn’t know why and I will receive in the next day or two!!!! He then advised in future to tell customers parts will take at least a day or two! Whatttt kind of joke is this company! Absolutely terrible customer service from parts department! BRING BACK VAUXHALL MARSHALLS They was 100 times better, we was always informed of delays etc and we always got calls back and answered in an appropriate time! Absolute joke of a company! Will do my very best to avoid them at all costs even if it means driving out of town to another dealership, which would still probably be a quicker and smoother and more professional service! CLOWNS

What a horrible company :-(((( I waited on the phone for approx 20 mins for their parts department... I asked the receptionist if parts were still open and she said, yes until 5.30pm, so cI shehad ouldplent of time, and she put me through. At 5.33pm the parts department dropped my call and all went home. I totally understand, running off home on a Friday night, with that Friday feeling most be priority number one, but that's the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICE EVER. The managers obviously are terrible their as they have trained and created an atmosphere where the employees are so desperate to leave that they will discard any customer service and run for their lives!!! Happy to never own a Vauxhall and never call drive again :-(((

At Drive Leicester, Freemans. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. One sales man in particular Mr.Richard Biddle is the top man he really looks after customers and makes you feel like an important parson. We bought a 3 cars through him. We're so happy with the service provided by Richard. Thank you for your warm and friendly service and i would defiantly recommend friends and family. Next Friday I will be going back for my 3rd visit to fix the same fault, and lead times on Collect & Deliver make it all very inconvenient. Let's hope I at least get a call back this time... Edit: On the back of my review, Drive Vauxhall Leicester contacted me and made great efforts to resolve my issue, and make me feel more welcome. A good response. Review changed from 1 Star to 4 Star.

I was there at 8:30AM for my Zafira to be fixed due to the recall.i was told to bring my car straight away and it will be done within 2hrs.i didn’t leave here till 2:15pm.the car didn’t started till 12:20 it was an absolutely joke.Staff was so rude.DO NOT TRUST MECHANICS in there at all.Avoid and go to a different garage and do not buy a Vauxhall car as they have to many recalls on there cars.i wished I never bothered turning up as they wasted my day and my time. There service managers don’t want to take responsibility for what the mechanics done.you have to many people telling us one thing and another person telling us another thing this was all in customer service bit inside. Absolutely rude and I will be making a formal complaint and going Further with it now.

I returned to Drive Leicester when contemplating a replacement for the vehicle I purchased from there ten years earlier. During that time I felt the after sales care had been fairly reasonable. The sales team for a new car were sensitive to my requirements, and guided me towards the model that seemed most suitable for the needs of my wife and myself. The relevant details and associated aspects were carefully presented, and trade in, and financial arrangements explained to our satisfaction. The car we chose was available from their stock, and we were delighted to take delivery of the our new motor just one week later. We were very pleased with the purchase experience, and our only disappointment, not to realise if we had delayed by a few days, we might have had an '18' registration plate, rather than '67'. This is my second vehicle from drive Leicester, viewed the mokka which require a few items sorting, little dents and damage trimming. Adam was the salesman and looked after my requirements in a proffessional way. Collected the car a week later and the car had been well prepared. Review would have been 5 star but when I got home I noticed that the number plates had been replaced and the wrong digits had been applied. Had to drive all the way back for replacements .

Poor service and expensive. 3 weeks after the 2 year service (very expensive and didn't even clean it), the car, which I foolishly bought from them 6 months ago, is all but undrivable and have to wait 2 weeks until they'll even look at it. May or may not be safe to drive in the meantime, they are not sure, may or may not be covered by the warranty I bought, they are not sure.

I contacted Vauxhall Leicester to see if they could offer a better deal than I had seen elsewhere, preferring to deal with a firm who are local. I rang up, got messed around a few times and eventually told I will get a call back, but in the meantime the vehicle you are interested in is on site to feel free to pop down and have a look. Great. I decide to swing by on Saturday and check it out, I also hear on the hold music they guarantee to beat any written like for like quote and if for any reason they cannot, they’ll give me £50 for the inconvenience. Wow, now I’m excited and thinking I’ll get a great deal here and worst case scenario, I’ll get £50 for my trouble. FALSE…. I turn up Saturday, the car I was interested in was only there temporarily and been collected same day by a customer. So a wasted trip, 10 minutes spent with a sales rep who having failed to ask me the correct questions proceeded to show me a different vehicle, different fuel type, on a different finance product. Stage two. They cant beat the quote. What a shame I cannot order my car with this below standard dealership. Oh well, £50 for trying (and wasting my time on numerous occasions) actually sounds more than fair. Forget it… It takes a couple more days to receive a call from Alex to say he didn’t even know the £50 scheme existed & having spoken to head office they have advised its only for deals from another Vauxhall dealership, not Vauxhall finance direct. OK – Where does it say that Alex? “Terms and conditions” . OK, where in the advert does it say terms and conditions apply Alex? “it doesn’t” “I’ve been here 5 years and we have never paid out the £50” What does that tell you? It’s a lie. No one actually gets paid the £50, it’s a gimmick, a scam, a ruse. Lots of dealerships are falling by the wayside with their over inflated prices, poor value add on products and service levels that only suit the most entry level of customer & I’m sure this branch will eventually follow suit. Do yourself a favour, get online, find a better deal, take it. Don’t waste your time on these guys.
