Had a slow puncture and had Kwik Fit replace the tire as it had a screw in it and after 4 days I noticed the tire was still slowly deflating, even with a new tire. I went to Vauxhall and they identified the issue (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System air valve and valve sealant was the issue) and had fixed the issue within 2 days, even during this troublesome time!

This garage is OK but not a patch on Marshals which was shut down for reasons unknown, this year after driving vauxhall cars all of my life, I will be changing manufacturers to see if I can find another garage to give me excellent service.

From start to finish I had exceptional service from Adam Smith at drive Vauxhall. He helped me choose a car that I liked went through everything. The best thing I have ever received from a dealership was a personalised video with Adam walking around my car. I thought that was really nice of him. There were a few things holding up the collection of my car (wasn’t anything to do with the dealership) both Adam and Alex(business manager) kept me informed all of the way. They all worked around me which was really nice. When it came to collect my car it was ready for me. Adam sat in the car and showed me all of the controls and what everything did which was really nice also. Never have I been to a dealership and not felt pressured in to buying anything all the staff there are friendly. I would defiantly recommend going to buy from drive Vauxhall . Adam smith and Alex are a credit to drive Vauxhall and made the process of buying a car not stressful. Thank you so much ????

Adam Smith showed us cars on a rainy Sunday Morning with a big smile. He listened to what we needed/wanted. He quickly matched us with a model we hadn’t previously considered. We went on a test drive and loved it. Adam then went through the paperwork quickly, making sure we fully understood and agreed to all the information.
In a relatively short period of time we went home with a date to pick up our new car and his business mobile number in case we had any queries.
Adam Smith was a pleasure to deal with and at no stage did we feel subject to the ‘hard sell’.
We collected our freshly valeted car on the agreed date and time.
We are delighted with our purchase and feel that we got a great vehicle at a great price.

Helpful sales team. No danger of feeling pressured here. Spent a decent time talking pros and cons and my questions were answered. Also happened to be there on the day the road was closed, and one of the sales team came out and ensured I got out around the lorries. A good range of prices and cars, all are available to see online. Tony was happy to book two test drives for me. All in all a very positive experience.
