I don't even wish to give this a star rating..the service was deplorable there was no communication what so ever. I tried to call them several times to see what the status was on my car and its was a constant busy tone. I had to leave work during office hours to go down there to get an update as it had been 4 weeks!!! when I got down there I was greet by someone who made it the constant effort to tell me she was new there and that they have been short staffed. This was her reason for no communication I said what does it take to make a call. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGIE!!! Upon collecting the car it was filthy and had a massive scuff down the side of the car that wasn't there after my accident. When I mentioned it the floor manager he said it has been sat outside over night... NO MORE LIKE 2 WEEKS. They did however buff the car up after complaining and explained that it should not of been like that. I am not the first person to have such a poor experience.. KEEP AWAY!!! There was far to many coincidences for my liking to.

I had my Corsa from here in 2016, after test driving the model I wanted I placed an order for mine as they didn't have the colour in stock here. Unfortunately after it finally arrived I realised it wasn't the same as the model I drove on the test drive as I'd requested my car to have the parking sensors and the reversing camera. So I recommend you make sure they get it right if you have to order a car as you don't realise something is different/ missing until you're driving it.

Don't trust this garage with your car they will try to charge you for work that doesn't need doing! In our case they tried to charge us £673.20 for work that Formula 1 at Wigston did Free of Charge, F1 were incredulous that Drive Vauxhall wanted to do so much work just for lack of grease in a ball joint cup when we complained to both the garage and HQ they didn't give a S***. In the case of Vauxhall HQ they don't care what their Franchises do it's nothing to do with them! So don't expect help when you catch them out. I am sure not all Vauxhall dealers are like this one but steer well clear of Drive Vauxhall Leicester if you want to keep hold of your hard earned money!

Very poor customer care from the Service Department. Left my car with them for a Vauxhall recall for a minor computer defect. Car was in perfect condition. When I picked it up there was £1000 damage to the bodywork. Customer had caused the damage in their car park. I was verbally assured by 2 employees that it would be repaired free of charge. A few days later I was informed by the Service Manager that I would have to claim on my own insurance, as they were not liable for damage to cars parked in their car park. I disputed this given I had left the car in their hands in perfect condition but to no avail. This has cost me my excess and no claims discount. As a long time customer having bought Vauxhalls for many years and used this garage many times I was surprised to be treated in this way by a major Vauxhall dealership. I will not use them ever again!

I have had a few used cars from vauxhall Leicester, I have had a few issues but they have always helped me. No problem is too big and they always find a way to make my life run smoothly regarding a vehicle. This is a company that goes above and beyond to give customers full satisfaction and trust. I would recommend anyone buying a car from them you will not be disappointed

SO BAD. Our motability vehicle was taken in for a service 3 weeks ago. They said they would bring it back the same day. but 3 weeks later we are still waiting. Rang the service team 4 times and received ''I am so sorry, we will return it today' and they have not returned it ever. We've had no access to the community for 3 weeks as we need the mobility car as severely disabled. How can they do this? Will ring AGAIN tomorrow for the 5th time and start getting some names. Appalling .

All beautifully designed premises, no skills to match their promise. Visit garage repeatedly with problem identified just on the day I bought a car from them. Took 5yrs in/out with same problem not picked up. Took to another garage. Got it sorted. My advise is if anyone plans to buy used car from vauxhall. Go there with some one who knows much about cars else you'll be dissapointed. They will make you sign your live away. All that glitters in drive vauxhall is not gold. Be careful what you sign.

Staff OK when purchasing a £17500 car when l left with the car and then finding a fault,wow big difference the staff kept blaming me that it was my driving. then l found out it is a fault with the MOKKA X TURBO . The people in the service department are OK , in the sales department ,no especially a chap named PETER LEE , he went out of his way to say that it was my driving l have never been so insulted in my life.

I found the staff so very helpful, Mr Richard Biddle made all the time in the world to make sure I chose the right car. Nothing was to much trouble, he went over the paper work time and time again to make sure I understood all of it.
