These might be the nicest guys ever! I an clueless and always concerned that I will be overcharged and not quite know what's happening. Both the men I spoke to could not have been kinder. They gave me several options and helped me hugely without charging me a thing. I will absolutely be coming back for any PC issues in the future - so happy to have found this place. Will recommend to all my friends too - many of whom are teachers and in constant need of computer help!

Dean and his staff are great here. Very helpful and patient with me, as I'm not great with technology but they, quickly and efficiently, helped me understand the problem I was having and sorted them out!! I can't recommend them highly enough. Ben especially was really patient with me and resolved my issues really quick. Throughout the various lockdowns I have generally found that most businesses and services I have used have had average customer service, especially over the phone, but not these guys. Everyone at Arden IT were incredibly helpful and sorted out our problems expeditiously. They also gave us lots of friendly advise for no charge, which they didn’t have to do. I would highly recommend this business.

Excellent technical knowledge and service.
I recently had a Chromebook that had stopped working with a damaged OS. I tried to repair it but couldn't. The guys at Arden IT agreed to look at the machine. Within 24 hours they had diagnosed the fault, the Chromebook had effectively burnt out it's operating system making it unrepairable.
I would have been happy pay for their time, but they said because they couldn't fix it, it was "No charge".
Now that's what I call professional service.
The Chromebook was only 15 months old. Thankfully I brought it at John Lewis, with it's two year guarantee.

Ash dealt with an issue I had with my gaming PC. He dealt with the matter efficiently and diagnosed the fault in a short amount of time. Reasonable price for the components I needed and great price for the installation of them. Over all I'm very pleased with the service!

I had an issue with a private external hard drive that went dodgy. Having looked on Google, these guys came up and I gave them a call. I have to say they were superb, they explained everything clearly including the potential costs, pitfalls and worst case scenarios. Communication was excellent and they managed to recover 90% of my data which is more than I was expecting to be honest. Would I use the again if I had a problem, absolutely. Would I recommend the - Yes with out hesitation.

Responded almost instantly inviting me in for a free inspection, then managed to rescue all my photos (reviving 3 old computers to help!) and even fix my very broken computer... it's now better than it was when I bought it. Very efficient, helpful and explained everything really clearly to a non-techy person! Very good price too. Thank you

My friend diagnosed an issue with my computer fan during a Skype call. Took the device to Arden to get it looked at. They gave me free diagnosis and advice. Nothing wrong with my computer fan just reverberation which will stop if I use a headset. They've saved me loads of money. Good Covid security, too. Thank you Arden IT.

Popped in with my computer which i couldn't get working to find out the route of the problem. They got to work on it and within a couple of hours they had figured it out for me, called me up and I came to collect. All this was provided as a free service and they offered to provide any further help I might need in the future too. Would highly recommend them for their good communication and efficiency.

My laptop stopped working and I’m no IT specialist so popped into Arden it today to see what the problem was. I was greeted by Ash who was really knowledgeable, polite and helpful and was told to leave my laptop with them to find what the problem was. Upon returning home, no less than 5 minutes later he called me to say he had fixed it. Not only that didn’t charge me for his time as I was expecting to pay something! Can’t recommend this company enough and would certainly be returning if I have any other IT problems. ????????

I had a massive with my laptop it wouldn't download anything tried uninstalling my anti virus software but that didn't work so popped in to Arden IT and met a very helpful gentleman called Jack. Jack listened to my problem, then tried to download and identified what the problem was got some appropriate software for the complete removal of my anti virus software and then rebooted my machine and hey presto sorted. He even installed free anti virus software for me. Then when I asked what the bill was he said nothing. What an excellent service and now I don't have to completely rebuild my laptop.
Cant't thank you enough brilliant service! Will definately visit Arden if I have any more problems or want a computer built.

Very dubious about using people I don't know, but these guys I cannot recommend highly enough. From contacting them they had collected my laptop within an hour, fixed the issue and had it back to me with the next hour. Fast, efficient, friendly and the most important these days honest. I brought my MacBook air in as it wouldn't enter recovery mode after I wiped it. Previously the WiFi wasn't working and it wouldn't let me reinstall the OS through an ethernet cable then altogether wouldn't open in recovery mode.They managed to restore my laptop and suggested cost effective ways of getting around the WiFi issue, it's an old laptop so it wouldn't have made sense to spend lots of money at Apple fixing the WiFi.
I've learnt that I don't get along with apple products...but really grateful for the speedy and honest help at Arden which was amazing value for money too.

I can't praise Dean and Arden IT enough for such helpful and responsive service. When my son's laptop broke during lockdown I was in a real panic, about school work and him not having anything to occupy him socially either! Dean arranged a safe home pick up and drop off and advised there would be no charge if the laptop couldn't be fixed.
He did fix it, though, and so speedily too, and provided a service that was excellent value for money, returning a laptop in excellent condition that performs much better than it did before it broke! I won't hesitate to use Arden IT for all our computer needs in the future. Thank you Dean!

Had a few server issues and the other companies I approached seemed like they just weren't interested. These guys are quite local to where my office is so went in to ask if they could help after doing a quick Google search. Came away extremely happy knowing they actually wanted to help! Took laptop in for health check. They fitted me with an up-to-date virus checker and explained how to get a piece of software to load more quickly. No charge. Fantastic service and very helpful with their advice. Am having my desktop pc looked at by them next week.
