As I started working from home more often I was in a desperate need of a printer. Having this printer in the office and knowing how good it is I decided to purchase one for myself for home. It arrived in 2 days and the price was very good. Very pleased. Highly recommend especially that you can print A3 as well.

Very pleased with the service I received from Printerland. I needed a reasonably priced colour laser printer, which I was able to find with ease. The free next-day delivery was a lovely bonus. Nice and quick to respond to emails, too, which is a huge bonus these days.
I'll definitely be back when we are looking for an upgrade.

Over the moon with my printer and the service from this company. Next day delivery of a 25kg professional office colour laser printer from stock in the middle of a lockdown from Manchester to the tip of Cornwall. Also happened to be the best UK price by far for this model. Great website which is clear and easy to find anything, with a lot of good relevant information and genuine verified reviews of both the products and the company. A very professional operation, even down to the well presented youtube information videos. I found them on eBay but bought direct to save them getting gouged on seller fees, it felt like the least I could do when they were already the cheapest. Very easy to order from the web site. Overall experience|: Just great. Printerland have just gained themselves a new regular customer????

They were the only shop to have an older model of printer (new) in stock still. It got despatched after 21:00 and was delivered at 9:00 the next morning. Impressive!

I placed an order with this company and was telephoned to suggest another machine, one which was better value, cheaper, quicker, etc etc. Having been convinced to change, the printer was sent out. Firstly it was delivered to the wrong address and I had a very angry delivery man on my door step.
Next, when the printer was up and running I realised a part was missing. This allowed the printer to print wireless [the basis upon which I wanted the machine]. Having spent hours trying to resolve this on the phone and email I was told the part was not in stock. 'Don't worry, it will arrive soon, any day now'. Every email was then followed up with another fob story of them not being able to supply the part. Three months later and I chased yet again....after being told 4 weeks before the part would arrive 'soon'. This company delivered the part to the wrong address AGAIN and then gave me every excuse for getting it wrong again. I haven't been compensated for not being able to use this machine to it's full capacity for three months, it has caused me nothing but problems.
I WOULD NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. This machine cost me nearly £2,000 and I am gutted I brought it with this company.

Service was excellent - there was a slight problem with delivery but I was informed straight away by phone, offered an alternative and kept updated. Delivery of printer was still very quick and arrived when they said it would. Customer service was great. Printer has been put to test and working great, would definitely purchase from Printerland again

Bought a very expensive Xerox printer with lifetime warranty, six months after purchase Printerland writes to me saying that they are withdrawing the warranty unless I buy a new set of toners !!!!
They blame Xerox, but I bought the printer from Printerland not Xerox.
Have reported printerland to trading standards.
Will never use this company again, steer clear - their warranties on their printers can be withdrawn whenever they fancy it.
Their response confirms that they are making changes to an agreement that was already in place - after I purchased the printer!!! They have confirmed that I need to buy toners from them (even if I don't need them) in order from the warranty to be valid.
..... and incredibly, they think that its fine - there are plenty of suppliers who wont change your warranty after sale - you may save a few quid up front when you buy the printer from Printerland - but it will cost you in the long term

Saw that Printerland was one of the few suppliers that had stock of any Brother printers, so I phoned to confirm that they actually had stock. Ordered printer at 16:20 pm and it was delivered around 08:20 am next day.
Excellent communication, and delivered as stated, what more could you want.

I bought the printer a Xerox B205 in September to replace my HP printer. The best decision regarding printers I ever made. It cost £116 which is twice the cost of an HP but I have calculated that with an HP I would have spent £100 on ink cartridges but I still have 80% of my toner left in the Xerox. It's really fast too. The staff and service at Printerland are second to none, fast efficient and eager to please. I got an offer to get another toner at a reduced rate so bought one. I don't think I'll need to replace it for well over a year. Really pleased will have saved loads of money over next year.

When looking for a printer for our office we reached out to Printer Land. Our specifications for a printer were simple, it had to be user friendly!
Regrettably, we were sold a Kyocera, the least user friendly printer I, and our IT support team have ever used. I feel as though Printer Land did not listen to my requirements and have left us with a printer that is unsatisfactory, and quite frankly fit for the bin.
We will not be using Printer Land for any future purchases, nor we will be recommending them to any our clients.

Not that happy.
After sales ink is very aggressive. I purchased a Xerox 6515 for £ 327.60. As part of the agreement it would be covered by an on-site life-time warranty .
Toner costs are very expensive for this model, a OEM high capacity set costs £ 472
I received an email today stating that the terms and conditions of the life-time warranty had been altered stating that in order to keep my warranty in place for a further year I must purchase a new set of toner cartridges. a further £ 472.08
I feel that the alteration in the T&C's for a warranty is beyond the pale and t be honest I doubt I will purchase from them again.

Just ordered replacement toner, again price and service excellent. Ordered just before 5 in the eve and unexpectedly it was delivered by lunch time next day.

Even had a courtesy call from Mathew once I had placed the order to check all was good! Top service from the customer service team when I called with a query about the printer installation. I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Printerland.
They were extremely helpful in offering advice when I changed over from my old Epson ink printer to a new Lexmark laser printer, offering much useful advice and tips to help me choose the right model.
I was also encouraged by their patience and ability to speak in non jargon English!
I have just ordered my first refill cartridge which has been delivered promptly and, like my printer, at a competitive price.

I just placed an order with Printerland. Unfortunately, it is a faulty printer and I have to get this returned. I do realise it would cause a lot hassles to send it back as this printer is really heavy for a lady to re-pack it. However, the Printerland staff is not helpful to resolve it at all. :-(

Great company with wide range of printers and consumables. I recently bought a Xerox Mono Laser Wireless Printer from them in 2020, and mainly use it for Google Cloud Printing however Google has stupidly pulled their Cloud Print function as of 1st Jan 2021 so then was stuck with a cloud printing problem. There were no other alternatives and after speaking with Taylor in Customer Services, Printerland has given me a partial cash compensation on behalf of Xerox. I have since moved to HP Printer as they have HP ePrint/HP Smart app which is a better cloud printing from anywhere (free) solution for us. This Google Cloud Print issue is not Printerland's fault at all but their customer service has been 5 star especially dealing with Taylor from start to finish. Will be back in future for my printing supplies as they have good prices with regular offers and great customer service to top it off. Highly recommended. Thank you.
