I looked at the reviews on this site and decided it was definitely worth asking Printerland for their advice. I got comprehensive advice (couldn't decide between colour and B&W). Had to go for B&W because of space issues, but the advisor pointed out things I hadn't considered. I was not "upsold" and was not sold the most expensive product.
The printer arrived the next day, installation was a breeze (even for an idiot like me) and everything is working just fine.
Would heartily recommend this company.

A relative needed a new printer as a recent power cut killed the last one . A quick perusal on the printerland site gave a potential model with a significant reduction if a code was applied - not believing it would work the code was applied and a much better price appeared . Delivered next day as promised and set up within 30 minutes - relative is very happy.

There was a minor delay with my order for a HP LaserJet Pro printer, but Andy called me up to apologise and offer me an alternative, in case I couldn't accept the few extra days wait. In the event the delay was much shorter than expected, so it wasn't a problem. Really appreciate him making the effort to call me and keep me informed instead of playing email ping-pong, which seems to be the norm these days! Would definitely use them again.

As a computer engineer and having worked on Oki printers for many years, I'm a big fan of them. Looking to buy one for personal use, I searched on the internet. Not a big choice of suppliers. Excellent service. printer ordered, arrived 2 days later (I'm in the Scottish Highlands). Everything as expected, registered printer with Brother and claimed £100 cashback from Brother. Received cashback within 10 days.
Therefore only paid £76:00 for my brother HL-L8260CDW colour laser.

Needed a new A3 printer to replace a five year old HP. Printerland have a large range and sales staff were knowledgeable and suggested the new version of the A3 printer from HP. Excellent Black Friday deal. Printer was delivered very fast 9.15am the next day, by 10am I'd set it up and it was working with the Wi-Fi. Will definitely be using this company again for future purchases, best place to go for a new printer.

Absolutely fantastic service! They took the time to make sure my initial printer order was suitable - it wasn't...so they found me a better printer for about the same cost.
They worked out when I would likely be needing replacement cartridges and offered me a loyalty discount. Even without the discount, the prices are incredibly competitive.
Had a minor issue placing the order (for some reason, Santander don't like me using my card online...unless it's Amazon - which luckily, AmazonPay is included). I had a phonecall to check whether or not I needed any help - said I was sorted, but was still nice to know they cared enough to reach out. They checked my order status and confirmed that it was being processed.
Will I use them again? Hell yes!
Have I recommended them? Most definitely!
Even to people who aren't in the market for a printer yet? Err...maybe...(sorry)

I ordered a laser printer on line for home office, selecting the model I had at my office. Then I got a phone call confirming the order and checking my requirements. It was politely suggested a better and cheaper model was available, and that arrived next day. Very pleased with that. So pleased in fact that telephoned the following week for advise on a replacement for my office model, and got good advice and recommendation. So I ordered another printer for my office. That too arrived next day.
These guys know their printers, but do not hassle you or pursue a hard sell. They just give very good advice and provide a speedy excellent service.

We placed a printer order and a representative called us the same day to apologise that delivery might be a few days late, although there was no commitment for immediate delivery; an alternative printer or a cancellation was offered. We were fine with the delay and thanked for the call. After that, they still managed to send the printer much quicker than expected. We have very good experience from past orders as well. Excellent service could not be better. Made a phone enquiry on day 1 regarding the purchase of a replacement laser printer/MFC as mine had packed up. The operator/salesman suggested a different make though similar and cheaper to mine, which after studying the specs I decided to buy. Made the purchase there and then over the phone. On day 2 it arrived mid morning to my address in the South East, WOW ...didn't expect that.

Purchased a Xerox 6515. After 14 months it has stopped working. Neither Printerland or Xerox prepared to offer any assistance whatsoever to troubleshoot problem.
Totally rubbish service from both - will never buy from either again.
Now have to purchase another printer to get operating again.
