Could not get a Hp printer in the price range I wanted, everywhere had sold out.. one supplier took payment and then emailed to say it was not in stock (I’m still waiting for my refund)... after half the day looking with no joy for a printer with next day delivery I came across printerland ... Ordered a printer I liked at nearly 4.30 in the afternoon... thought they would do what the other company had done, so was absolutely amazed when at 9.30am the next morning a delivery arrived!!! Absolutely great service, I don’t normally write reviews but kudos where due, the service was outstanding

Useless uneducated on the products being supplied.
Bought 2 x B210 Printers they say Apple Compatible Hell NO.
I spoke with a Person who advised John would call me back ( this was last week ) Still no call i left my details and mobile number.
We get a email from Printerland asking If we have ALL the Packaging for the Printers how many prints we have done.
If you read our original complaint we could not get the drivers to work with the apple devices in the office and both printers have not been used at all.
My colleague is now trying to speak to them again today for a RMA No

I will leave my original review below but had to update it solely due to the EXCEPTIONAL customer service offered by Matthew the customer service manager. Following my initial review/experience I was contacted by him to further address the issue. While all staff have been polite and professional the issue was not escalated appropriately therefore this was the first opportunity Matthew had to address the issue. Though the specific printer issue continued for a year and could not be resolved (hence the missing star), what I have experienced was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. A true credit to Printerland and an example for any other customer service department.
While I obviously had an ongoing issue dealing with Printerland this has been identified as a training point which I'm assured will be addressed so that issues are escalated to the appropriate persons. That being said, all other reviews are accurate in that delivery was prompt, representatives were polite and professional at all times but unfortunately missed the aforementioned step when dealing with my printer issue.

Having used HP printers I placed my order only to be phoned and given a lengthy sales pitch about it not being suitable and how I should buy a Xerox printer as they are a representative and provide a better service which I did this . Unfortunately Xerox printers are not as home/user friendly as others, and mine had a fault that means it constantly disconnects from communicating with the computer.

What started off as a delay on the delivery due to courier fault and myself being quite disappointed by the delay, what followed after was nothing short of a world class customer support from printerland. I received communication from Matthew explaining the situation and how they intend to correct the issue, i was left very happy and satisfied knowing i am in good hands and they also have a customer in me for the foreseeable future, Thank You.

If I could give less then one star I would, avoid this company they sell products they don't understand. I bought a Xerox 6515 workstation. This is the worst printer I have ever bought it is so complicated and nobody at printerland could advise. If they had explained how difficult the machine was to set up at the point of sale I would never have bought it. In my opinion if you are going to sell a product you should at least know how it works and advise this upfront. Customer service aftersales back up Terrible

Zero star tbh. Bought a Wireless Canon Printer online only to be contacted by sales person and talked into buying a Xerox 6515 Workstation with a wireless adaptor instead. Wish I had read the reviews from others re: same printer beforehand. Very user-unfriendly printer and months of connectivity issues with printer not working 4 out of 5 times. Spoke to 'customer service' who basically told me it was my fault for not contacting them earlier and ''no one else seems to be having problems with this printer''. Appalling. Don't be had like I was, give this company a wide berth.

THIS IS A WONDERFUL COMPANY WITH THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ENGLAND! I have struggled to find a company that will supply printers, toners, and extra cables, who have expert knowledge and next day delivery. I have now bought 3 printers from them (all perfect) and 10,000 page toners. They send me an email telling me when they have a sale of toners so I never have to pay the full price. They get 5*'s for everything they do because it is a family run company and their word is their bond. I recommend with without reservation.

Having searched around on the Printerland site, I ordered a HP Colour Laser Printer, a basic no frills printer. I answered a call from Printerland, a sales person asked if he could chat about a sales promotion. He informed me that a similar brand name printer was available on special offer. He explained what it did and the running costs, which were considerably cheaper than my first choice. While we chatted I was online looking at the spec and offer. I decided to go with the offer.
The printer arrived the following day as advertised, I had it unpacked and installed after about 30 minutes. It was so easy to set up and I was printing soon after, the print image and text quality was superb. Thank you Printerland for taking the time to advise me in my choice. The printer is outstanding and is excellent value for money. The sales staff have been so helpful and knowledgeable too, I cannot thank them enough, well done all of you at Printerland.

Having lost the will after searching for a decent printer I contacted Printerland by phone. I received an excellent service. My questions (which were many) were answered with courtesy, if the member of staff didn't know the answer, she found out for me - and nothing was too much trouble. I placed my order and, as promised, the printer arrived the next day. The customer service is definitely 5* but I've only given 4* overall due to the fact I haven't yet had the opportunity to set up our new printer. However, I am confident that I won't be disappointed so we're very happy to recommend Printerland.

As an IT manager, I work with a lot of different suppliers and retailers, so when it was time to purchase a new printer for home, I was looking for a local supplier with a proven track record of support to have that same experience.
The Trustpilot reviews for Printerland.co.uk speak for themselves, and my own experiences mirror those. The website was easy to navigate with all the information I could have wanted, and the price was better than I'd found anywhere else - even Amazon, with faster shipping no less.
I was contacted both prior to the printer shipping and after I'd received it as well, to ensure that there were no issues with the order. Everything arrived on time and exactly as expected - I'll absolutely be using Printerland again. A fantastic service, all around.
