I've bought a few laser printers from Printerland. The latest arrived on time as usual. During the order and delivery process, I have had a phone call from an account manager and a follow up email to make sure everything was OK. Choosing a laser printer is daunting - Printerland make it easier to cut through the information with clear details on cost per page etc. Their prices are always the lowest I can find. So all in all, a rare company in an online world - excellent prices and they genuinely make you feel valued as a customer. Well done.

Printer despatched extremely promptly, could be tracked and arrived by reputable courier at the time expected next day. It would seem Printerland have a strong relationship with HP (at least) since they were promoting an HP cash back offer in advance of it being published on the HP website. I'm sure a relationship like that can only benefit customers. I had a couple of questions that I emailed during the order process and these were answered accurately, succinctly and almost immediately by Matthew. I will have no hesitation in dealing with Printerland in the future.

Great printer and price. Fed up with ink jet cartridges drying up, we decided to get a laser jet printer for home use. The printers come with enough toners that will last us a long time, making it an economical choice. The price was better than from other companies and came with the toners too! Delivery was next day and we had a courtesy call before it arrived to make sure we were happy with our choice. I'm not tech savvy in the slightest but have had no problem using it. Really happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend the company to friends and family.

Customer service called me couple of hours after I placed my order on line to point out that the printer I chose was only a printer and did not have the copy and scan function, and before proceeding, they wanted to check if it was OK. I am so glad they did , as I then realised I made a mistake. They refunded me within the hour, and I placed another (correct) order. the delivery was seamless. superb service.

I would put 0 of I could. Ordered a printer with toner and paper. Only received toner and paper. + new invoice showing 0 for printer. Called customer service, person hung up on me. Called order line, was told to cal cust service, tried to call again, no answer, been on hold for over 1 hour. I need to return toner and paper as I do not need them without printer ans they were sold all together, You can only return if you speak to cust service. spent several hundred pounds, very bad experience . I do not recommend. There is no communication from them
