I don't often go to Staples since they seem to be a little behind in terms of innovation and pricing but they have some pretty solid deals on their software (often 80% off) which you can't find anywhere else. I've also ordered a projector screen in the past and it was delivered very quickly and still to this day works fantastic. They also have a huge variety of paper options and business services. You can print, fax and copy all you need at this location. They also offer computer technician services.

Not bad but when I bought a computer chair I didn't get any help what so ever in bringing the unit to my SUV. The guy just stood there and saidbto me bring your vehicle closer. He had a dolly I had the chair and a 5 year old with me at the time.
Conclusion; not impressed.

Didn't realize that staples wasn't essential and their signage about pandemic protocols wasn't very prominent or clear. Sales associate acted like I was trying to murder her when I walked in the wide open door. Curbside wasn't much better, sales associate refused to toss in my print job through my slightly open passenger side window even though I was fully masked up and far away. Offered to put it on the ground, the wet snowy ground. Had to get out of my car and open up my trunk while he wandered away. I understand precautions but please that's ridiculous. Probably will not be shopping there until the pandemic is done.

This is a large store. The staff do not appear to be pleased working here. I observed the floor staff, in a cluster toward the back of the store, talking about eBay!! There is a large furniture department, as you can see from the photos, it is very unorganized...and dusty. There is a large selection of office chairs, although, nothing was on sale!! There are some wonderful student essentials like the dry erase oversized monthly wall planner; every type of Post-it you could ever need and a variety of organizers. Staples offers copy services, postage stamps, Purolator drop box, FedEx drop box. There is a recycle center for used cartridges etc.Their computer selection is not as good as it used to be. There are a few good deals in the clearance areas, but otherwise, honestly, I don't really see anything unique here. At these prices, I see trouble in the future for this company. Sad to report that their customer service was a 2 out of 10, at best. #localguide

Hours are very limited and wish I had known that before placing my order for curbside pick up. When the online system wasnt working last time the staff and manager went out of their way to help and facilitate ordering over the phone. The basics are easy to order online but the website can be more difficult for curbside pick-up or more specialized items.

I commend Staples for their Covid protocols response! There is an elegant set up at the entrance for hand sanitizing, etc. However the best and most innovative part is that the company has provide all its employees with washable cloth masks (with embroidered logo).

Went today with my daughter for school shopping, I had some papers that I needed to spiral book bind them. As we enter we approached 3 employees standing and chatting, asked Vanessa if it is possible to do the job while we are shopping. The job should take less than 3min. She answered that it should take up to 6 hours and hence I have to come back tomorrow. I automatically rejected the offer and said thank you. Purposely I decided to take my time and shopped for about 40 minutes and these employees just standing, chatting and didn't seem busy at all. I understand with the Covid 19 everything seemed slow and take sometime to be completed, but the management have put in place many employees in order to serve customers properly during this busy school week. But unfortunately that is not what we witnessed. Too bad.

I'd say the most important thing about a store is customer service. I was looking to get a new laptop for engineering purposes and let me just say this man didn't only help me but he have me a short lecture about computers. I think his name tag said "Bassim"? I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about. I appreciate a good work ethic and he left me satisfied and smiling.

Very good store, large, nice employees, wide choice of everything desk related from small furniture like desks, chairs, lamps to very expensive or very cheap pens and computers, shredders in the middle. A large section for printing etc but I never used it.

call them at the store and they dont take return when box is opened
bought a new baterriy on amazon to start drone and crashed after 70 feet

big disappointment. I was there 10 minutes ago to print a document. the counter attendant was not courteous. neither hello nor smile nor any empathy I asked her how to print she did not even answer my hello and just pulled out a plate with steps to follow. So I asked where the machines were she seemed bothered by my question and I answered they are over there in dry weather. I felt uncomfortable and I told her this is my first owe to you that's why I ask for help ... and even worse she didn't say anything! I would not come back to this place where the welcome is horrible! 0

I got a print order done. Placed order online and picked up within a few hours of the store opening the next day. The finished product looked good. The colours were a bit off from the proof I sent them, but I am still happy with it.

Placed an order last night for pickup today. Paid for a desk in full because it was listed as in stock. I called customer service today and they tell this store cancelled the order. This location failed to notify me of this cancellation by either phone or email. Whoever is in charge of pickup orders should be fired. This has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not be a repeat customer at this location

Terrible online ordering with no ability to pick-up. I made an online order for pick-up at my local store. The order defaulted to a mail order. It took hours for the Staples system to even acknowledge my order, but by the time they did, the order was placed for delivery. Many, many times I tried to contact the local Staples store to address this with no answer from that store.

The store is great, well laid out, with wide aisles and a great variety of products. The five star review is due to one particular employee. Vanessa. It's simple, really, she was off to the side, behind the counter, not even dealing with me and... she said "hi". That is great customer service, she brings the human interaction back to shopping. Brava, Vanessa, good work.

Went to Staples Orleans to buy note book with quad rulings. It's a hard note book to find but Staples had in stock. Only two were left and they checked if black color was in stock in the back room or not. Very efficient and friendly staff. Had very good service and highly recommend this Staples.

I went into staples today (December 26th 2019) to print out a gift certificate in colour as a present for my boyfriend and was having trouble with my email address. Karen, the girl that was working at the printing station, was super nice and helped me so much. She was also helping my mom answer questions on approximately how much it would cost to send a care package over to Russia. She really went out of her way to help me and it was very appreciated. I thanked her but hope she knows how great her customer service is and that it doesn’t not go unnoticed! Really recommend shopping there.

I purchased a new HP laptop and the Customer Service that I received was excellent! I dealt with two Sales Rep on two different occasions and they were both very professional and extremely knowledgeable! Once the purchase was made the Tech Dept was efficient and prepared my new laptop and they were able to transfer all my necessary important information and the completed it in the agreed upon time frame. Overall my experience with STAPLES was excellent!!! One very satisfied customer!

Submitted a document to be printed prior to noon so that I got it before 6PM .. I went back at 5:30 it was not ready which is fine i was early. Went back at 7:30 to be told that the person working on it just left and did not finish it and left everything in a mess.. now being told to come back tomorrow?? What kind of service is this? I will not be using this location for any future print out..

Staff are helpful. Do be sure to double check with a manager about the fine details of a warranty before buying, but the staff are usually good enough to double check themselves.
