I went there to get some plans printed up (done it before)
When I get there they inform me they no longer accept plans by email, even though I,m standing right there. They cannot retrieve them from my phone either because they don't own a mini USB cord to do so .
So off I go back home and come back an hour later only to find him gone for lunch and the girl replacing him has no clue how to print 11x17 sheets off a USB stick.
She asks me to wait till he comes back ,, at this point I have had enuf and leave.

Handicapé, je suis aujourd'hui allé acheter une caisse de papier. Devant le rayon, Tim m'a offert ses services. Il a mis la boîte dans mon chariot et, une fois que j'ai eu payé, il m'a accompagné pour la charger dans mon coffre de voiture, en me donnant une idée pour la décharger plus facilement en arrivant chez moi. C'est vraiment un employé sympathique, aimable et efficace.
