Staples Orleans is a beautiful store for office, information technology, copy, print, school and other hard-to-locate business resources, all consolidated under one roof. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their product range is immense and their environment is spotless. I am very happy they are located in Orleans on Tenth Line Rd and I recommend them wholeheartedly. Dave ☺️ ????????

Consistent poor service at this location.
Tonight I went to make b&w copies. First copier was jammed. Second was out of paper. I went to the counter to ask for help, and stood behind a woman who was being informed that her order had been processed wrong, and she wouldn't have the mounted photo she planned to give as a Christmas present until Jan 2.
In fairness, they offered the replacement for free, but still made her pay for the smaller photo they printed.
By the time I was done I could overhear the copy center staff explaining why they didnt have another woman's photos printed, but they would work "right away" to get them done.
When this woman started to recount that a friend of hers had gotten immediate prints at a better price from a downtown Staples, she was told emphatically that this "never should have happened"...even though it clearly could.
My classic moment at this Staples was showing up with one of my children to make two quick copies, five minutes before closing. The person who identified themself as the Manager physically blocked me from entering the store, telling me they had shut down all the copiers already. Why shut them down before closing?
I was frustrated, especially since it took longer to block me and tell me reasons why they couldn't let me make two copies. I know it was me showing up rushed at deadline for a school project, but the attitude and approach was surprising.
I try to avoid the store in Orleans as much as possible.

Asked for assistance to purchase a printer, after 10 minutes of waiting I didn't get any help. There were approximately 3-4 customers in the store, very quiet afternoon. Most of the HP printers I wanted were out of stock. If there's an advertised sale, inventory levels should be increased for such an occasion. I found one HP that didn't have the "out of stock"tag on it. Too bad nobody came to help...i went to Best Buy to get what I needed...they have inventory.

Unlike all previous shoppers, I generally have good shopping experience at this store where I shop frequently over the years. The other day, I went in to have my defective TomTom GPS replaced, the young gentleman working at the tech desk was very friendly and professional.He went out of his way to help me selecting and eventually recommended a Magellan GPS on sale. It turned out to be a great product at less than half of the of price of other brands because it was on sale. I was very pleased with his service. Overall, I have good impression and experience at this Staples store.

Lousy customer service here. I dropped off an order for a poster print last week and was guaranteed that the poster would be ready today. I need it for a conference presentation I am leaving for tomorrow. When I went to pick up the poster this evening, the clerk told me that, despite him remembering having entered my order in the system, there was no sign of it there. He told me, without apology, that there was nothing he could do for me, and that I had to go wait another line for refund. I did, and on speaking with the manager there, was offered no compensation and a belated sorry. Staples just lost my business.

I have used Staples for both new purchases and repairs repeatedly over the past 10 years and have found the technicians to be extremely knowledgeable, understanding and extremely patient in responding to my every need. They make me feel like my business matters to them and so do I. I would recommend them to anyone who needs held with their electronics.

Do not buy there liquid armor screen protector! Got it done last week and my phone is scratched already I am very easy on my phones never dropped or anything. Was told buy store nothing they can do about it and you can't remove it. So now I'm stuck out 30 bucks plus the 1000 for the new phone I have to have with a scratch on it now. Horrible do not fall for there scam.

Worst customer service experience ever . It took over 25 minutes to be helped by an employee and once I finally got one to help me (he headed to the back of the store to check for the item I wanted) I then waited another 10 minutes and jaw dropped when I noticed him doing paperwork elsewhere in the store !!! When I approached to ask him if he found the product his response was that he passed the job to someone else (no one told me this nor checked the back for the product )!? So now they send someone else to look. By now I have been in the store close to 45 min - all to simply check if an item was in stock- totally unacceptable. The store was not even busy at the time. No apology from the saleman nor the manager whose response was "We are trying our best".

Friendly staff - Limited selection. There are several bare spots in the shelves that made looking for 5X7 printer paper and envelopes difficult. They seem to have lots of the normal day to day items though. It's a good spot, but not amazing.

Your printer service is terrible. I went in with limited time, attempted to access my file from google drive to discover that your Drive Service crashes the printer. I was then unable to access another printer because I was considered "signed in". When I was finally able to access a computer, I was forced to print an outdated copy from my USB, which DID NOT SUCCESSFULLY PRINT. When I mentioned the error, the employee offhandedly told me she would send someone around, so I asked her to shred my document due to my time restriction. Terrible print service.

Poor customer service. Askeed 2 associates for help and got no solution. Could not print a file from my phone. Could email to self serve printers but those don't print on card stock and the ones that can require file to be on a USB stick which I don't have. No help to recover file from email or maybe providing a USB stick for 1 minute to receive file from their computer they rent and transfer to printer that can print on card stock.
Everyone is nice and polite but can't help you solve a tiny issue.

The employees are nice and friendly but appear unhappy. The manager working today is probably the reason why they appear unhappy. When I walked in, an employee (who I assume was the manager) was berating the employee at the copy centre. Two customers had just walked out without buying anything and the manager started going off to the copy employee about sales conversions and how he was killing them for the manager. The manager continued to lecture for a few minutes and you could hear him through the entire store. I felt embarrassed for the employee. I almost walked out but really needed what I was purchasing. I won't be visiting this store again.
