Gareth @ Hillmoren was a pleasure to deal with and the overall experience of buying a car from them was so easy and straight forward. Due to the distance I lived away from the garage, he managed to line everything up in a totally non committal way so that if I like the car I could drive away the same day. The process was so easy and I would definitely recommend.

Bought an SQ5 from Gareth last week and can't praise him highly enough.
After going to main dealers and being horrified by both the customer service and the state of some of their approved used cars it was nice to see an immaculate used car and a salesman who wanted to go out of his way to sell the car!
Every request I made was met without issue or fuss and it was like picking up a new car on collection day. Absolutely love the car and will certainly be back again in the future!

Buying a car from Hillmoren was the easiest and most hassle free experience I have ever had. From the initial phone call, to picking the car up. Everything was smooth and easy. Even leaving a deposit, out of hours on a Sunday wasn't a problem. They even offered to pick me up from the trainstation when I arranged to collect the vehicle. Okay so I was worried about buying a car during a pandemic as it is definitely problematic, especially when spending so much money on a car you can’t test drive... well I thought so until Gareth helped with the purchase of my first Tesla...
Gareth was absolutely outstanding, I have purchased A few BMWs from dealerships over the years but have never had such a high level of service that I was given from Gareth, nothing was too much trouble for him.
I was definitely a difficult customer as was constantly asking questions (by email obviously) Gareth put my mind at rest with answers for everything I asked, he went above and beyond to help me with other issues regarding wheels, number plate transfer and issues I had about the Tesla app.
I can honestly say that I have never felt happier with buying a car from ANY garage...
Absolutely 5* service, thank you Gareth, I will 100% come back to you for my Model S in a few years...

I bought a Tesla Model 3 from this private dealer. Their communication was fantastic throughout and responded to me via WhatsApp to all my queries quickly. On day of collecting the car, they picked me up from the train station and brought me to the dealership. Gave me a full handover. I'm very satisfied with the whole experience. Their aftersales support is fantastic. They really do care about customer satisfaction as other reviewers have mentioned. I discovered an issue after I brought the car home and Gareth & team helped to resolve the issue without any quibbles. Thank you guys!

So impressed with Gareth’s presales and aftercare. I had a warranty problem with my Tesla. I tried to resolve locally directly with Tesla with no luck. He sent someone down with a loan car and collected my car and managed to fast track the fix and returned the car at 7pm the night before Christmas Eve. I am extremely impressed and would recommend Hillmoren to anyone.

Bought a lovely Aston Martin from them and had a great quality sales experience. They recently bought it back from me and the experience was just as good if not better, friendly helpful, no chipping the price etc.
Would certainly buy from them again and fully recommend to anyone. Special mention to Gareth who handled most things and to Ravi who collected the car and concluded the sale very professionally and with great courtesy.

Gareth at Hillmoren helped us with the purchase of a Model X - faultless service from the first phone call. We bought the car virtually, and travelled over 3 hours to collect it. The car was exactly as described on the online advert, was like new inside and out.
Gareth and the team were really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Initially we were a little sceptical spending 80k on a car that we hadn't seen but Gareth made the entire process so easy and we were confident that it was a trusted company.
We would highly recommend Hillmoren.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Nothing was to much trouble for them to explain to me about how everything worked even though they had customers waiting.
I was going from a traditional diesel engine to an electric car and Marcus was more than knowledgeable and explained everything in very simple terms that even I could understand.
The touch screen in the car has a common fault (that I wouldn't of even noticed or worried about) which Hillmoren had already booked in to be fixed before we had even collected the car.
I had a problem connecting the car to my Tesla account, but once I raised the issue with them they were swiftly on in.
I phoned at 9.00 am and Marcus and Gareth were straight on it, by 17.30 the car had been put on to my account.
I can not thank Marcus/Gareth and Hillmoren for a more than exceptional service.
If I had the money I would buy another car from them, excellent service but more importantly really genuine and caring people.
First class service, thank you so much.

Was a bit apprehensive at driving nearly three hours to see a car I was interested in but it was exactly as described by Gareth, who, by the way, took all the time I needed to be familiar with the controls and features of the Tesla Model 3 I purchased from them.

The whole experience was great: we wanted our wheels and badges black, and Marcus sorted that before we picked up the car. Even if it's a bit far from where we live, but we'll most likely still come back next time we change car!

I have never bought from an independent dealer before. But the right car came along and so Went to have a look. From the first phone call through to arranging the finance and then collection was so slick, better then any main dealer I have ever experienced. The little touches are so nice. I was collected from Leicester train station and was even given a bottle of wine, some chocolates and a golf umbrella on collection. Even though the car I bought was on the lower end of the cars they have in stock, the Customer service Was still second to none. From this experience I will always now be keeping an eye on their stock looking for the next one!! Cheers guys!
