Never brought a car in a lockdown situation. Hopefully I never will again, but I can honestly say that these guys were fab. Ed was my 'Sales' point of contact and he made the process nice and simple, giving me the time and space I wanted to properly look around the vehicle. The process was simple, and within 4 days, the car was on my drive. All of the points that I highlighted on the car were addressed and the pick up was seamless (thanks to the help of Matthew). All in all, very good and a happy customer. Would I buy from these again? Yes!!

Fantastic service from the first call we made to buying, B answered the phone, he went over and above for us as we were travelling to view the car, B left us to view the car at our own leisure, we did take a while viewing it. We are extremely happy with our purchase, I would definitely recommend having the Autoglym body shine completed at an extra cost as it has a ten year warranty on interior and exterior obviously with a few clauses but well worth it. I would definitely recommend this garage if you spot the car you like on the website, we only found this garage as it had the car we were looking for ping up on our search. The bonus is the cars are all under cover, don't letter the weather put you off viewing. B, amazing young man you have a great future ahead of you.

Bought a BMW from the dealership after lockdown, customer service was amazing but the sale went downhill following the pickup. The specification of the car had been mis advertised but they had refunded a small amount to cover a replacement digital key which had been promised. Secondly the quality of refurb for alloys they commit to is very very very very poor. It had appeared that the car i had bought had one of its alloys repaired to a poor and cheap standard. Lovely people but you need to make sure what they are advertising is what you are getting and be wary of some of their outsourcing.

I cannot speak highly enough of this dealership, they are very professional and not at all pushy. I first saw a car I would have been interested in and made contact with Sandeep but he told me the car had been sold so I left details of the car and spec I was looking for. He told me he couldn't promise anything but within 2 weeks he phoned to tell me he had a car coming in with the exact spec I was looking for. I went to look at it a few days later and bought it, as simple as that. I have had the car now for 3 months and am more than pleased with it. So many thanks Sandeep, Ed and Justin.

Picked up a lovely example of the car we were looking for, we were left to inspect the car in our own time and given options to test drive to notice the differences between models.
Was left with a sour taste after realising that the car we had bought did not come with all options we were told it had, things like start/stop, ventilated seats, electric passanger seat controls and some others... tried to call back and talk to them but was told salesman is not in.
By the time we got a call back we were way over the warranty mileage which is only 1000 miles and about 3 weeks later.
CHECK WHAT YOU BUY, INSPECT EVERY LISTED OPTION. Some options might not interest you but will affect resale value.

In honesty, upon reading the views of Desirable Cars Coalville, I did so with a huge amount of scepticism, after all, nobody’s going to advertise bad reviews now are they? I went for a look anyway and what can I say! The reviews are bang on! I have never in my 35 years of motoring come across a more genuine and honest car seller. There is absolute no sales pressure and they take the time to understand your requirement personally so as to put you in the right vehicle at the right price for you. This place can seriously not do anything more to improve upon the buyer experience with quick and efficient finance arrangement and an absolutely no quibble after sales service. Sandeep and the Team, you are true gentlemen and will most definitely receive my custom again. 10/10 guys - thank you!

Bitter Sweet Experience
Bought a nice looking Mercedes B-Class from these guys. Nice to talk to on the phone and in person as well. Explained everything about the car. I booked the car over the phone and agreed for Part-Ex value of my old car as well. When we went to pick up the car, the guy said there was a problem with my car in terms of some knocking heard in initial running, due to which the Part-Ex value of my car went down. Felt a bit hard done for but he explained what the problem was and had to negotiate there and almost pulled out but reached an agreeable conclusion.
When I was driving the car back home, noticed the car shuddered over 70 mph (and still does). He explained over the phone what it was. Tried wheel balancing but it still shudders at higher speeds! Obviously, no offer to knock the price down because all was done by then. Although love the car and the guys are nice, still leaves a little bad taste in the mouth. I am sure not all experiences with them are like that!

I had a really good experience here, buying a Mini Countryman a while back. I had a few issues between reserving the car and being able to collect it as I live quite far from the dealership, but the guys here were really understanding about it all.

I was very impressed with this company and would definitely buy again, despite them being over 300 miles away. The new car was well presented and AA inspected. Frazer was straightforward to deal with and the paperwork was very easy. The risk for me was that the trade-in value of my car could have been lowered when I got there, but Frazer accepted that I had described the car properly over the phone and I'm satisfied that I got a fair price for both vehicles. Very happy customer!

After viewing the car we wanted at a few different dealers, this was the best we came across! Definitely the most competitive out there. No pushy salesman which is refreshing as we didn't feel under pressure to make a decision on the car we were interested in. The guys just left us alone to check out the car at our own leisure.
We took the car for a test drive and noticed that the wheel balance was slightly out, he immediately arranged for it to be taken to the garage and we went along with him so we were assured that this was the only issue. Was sorted within the hour and we drove the car home happy after a smooth transaction!

I had to drive nearly 100 miles from Leeds to see the car I wanted and wasn't disappointed. It was kept clean and in good condition. No pushy sales. The price was fair. Given time alone to play with the car. The salesman was very knowledgeable and I even learned a few things. If you're looking for a good family car, this is the place to go. As the car was already cleaned and prepped (more than I can say about other places we visited), we were even able to drive the car away on the same day. I am not trusting of sales people , builders and generally very cautious.
I search for a long time for the vehicle I wanted and Desirable Car had one with the specifications I wanted.
Right form the initial contact and all through the sales process I had no doubt in my mind that not only had I found a genuine car but a genuine company.
I have had the vehicle over two years and no problems.

Ok didnt really know how to rate this place. Experience before going there was really fantastic while I booked my car, however when I went there, we had a bit of a problem with the papers and it seemed that I was the one making suggestions for solving these issues, all they seemed was a bit disappointed that the papers and the loan agreement had to be redone. Anyway I bought my BMW x3 from them and left with a "meh" taste in my mouth . Nevertheless the car is in perfect condition

Used car salesman come in for a lot of stick but I have to say that Frazer has re-adjusted my thinking. First class response to my phone call enquiry, good grasp of the industry and first hand knowledge of the particular car I was after. Would not budge on the price and told me why. Professional attitude and friendly manner when I went for the inspection and test drive. Gave me loads of time and space to look over the car - no pressure at all. The car was 100% as described and was exactly what I was looking for. The handover was quick easy, lots of documents already printed off for my signature. He went online for me to do the road tax and showed me how to do my cherished number transfer. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to family & friends. As soon as we walked in they allowed us to look at the car by ourselves for as long we wanted...absolutely no pressure at all. Very thorough with all the details of the warranty and the AA report was a real bonus. Would def recommend, very friendly, approachable and absolutely no pressure with their fixed price policy. We bought a great car at a great price.... there and then. They took our old car from us in p/x and even changed over all the paperwork, and allowed us to use the computer to sort out our insurance and tax. Will be returning again for my next car, as they had lots of good quality well detailed vehicles.

From the moment we walked through the door our experience was first class. No pushy salesman and no pressure sales at all.
We had two children in toe and Sandeep allowed us to take our time and look around in the knowledge he was around if we needed him. We asked loads of questions and found him to be very knowledgeable.
The cars are all in exceptional condition and high spec and kept inside.
The car we originally wanted to see had already sold but we went anyway to view the others. We were happy to spend more than we originally intended and drive away a beautiful, high spec Mini Countryman at a good price.
We've visited main dealerships before and felt pressured and uncomfortable so just left. The cars weren't in as good a condition as at Desirablecar either. We would recommend to everyone and would definitely buy from them again.
My husband already has his eye on a new car for himself from them!!!!!
