Lots of very nice cars here but a bit expensive, one car caught my eye but I would have to wait over a week to be a prospective buyer as it hadn't been checked, it was a lovely black BMW 530 GT low mileage and a great price ,if it was a tourer/estate I would have told them to save it,a great team who go out of their way to help you

I saw the car for sale on Autotrader and gave Desirable Car a call, I spoke to Sandeep who answered my questions and said I would not be disappointed with the car. I made the trip over to Leicester and the car was as described. Sandeep let me look at the car in my own time and was available if I had any questions. Sandeep answered all my queries honestly and professionally. The whole transaction from initial call to getting the keys was excellent and I felt like I had bought the car and not been sold it. When the time comes to buy another Desirable Car will be the first place I look.

Brilliant car buying experience. Sandeep is amazing, definitely the one to ask for. No pressure selling from this car sales shop in Syston near Leicester, definitely worth the trip. Can pick up car the next day after initial enquiry which is what I did. Called on a Friday and drove away my new car on a Saturday afternoon, rate I got for the finance is the best I've ever had and I've bought several cars. Try them and you won't be disappointed.

I Rang Desirable Cars and wanted to see a Kia Sorrento at short notice I was met by Frazer and the car was out on display for me and was impeccable in its appearance, I was left to look at it and didn't feel under any pressure, we then took it for a test drive and was shown all the features. I had a part exchange and was given a good offer on this and a deal was done, under no way did I feel pressurised or hassled, All the cars were to a really high standard. Excellent customer service from the beginning to end of my recent purchase from Desirable Car.
Spotted on Autotrader the perfect car for my requirements - great spec, very tidy, good price for its low mileage. Left a message on DC's website that I'd like to reserve the car, with the proviso that the condition matched the description when I came to pick up. Received a call from Fraser within a couple of hours - he was very honest, up front and knowledgeable about the relatively minor issues with the vehicle, and told me that they'd already been taken into consideration in the price. In all likelihood, had he not mentioned in advance these issues I still would have bought the car, but it instantly gave me the sense that I could trust them.
I was in the area on business so I wanted to collect the same day, but could only arrive after 5pm - this was no problem, and in no way did I feel rushed through checking the car over, discussing the purchase, or the paperwork.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely buy from them again!

After seeing a golf on for sale by desirable car I called them to find out more about it and to view the car. I was told that it was offered at a 'competitive price' as they were not changing the water pump & cambelt. I was due to set off the next day and checked the add to my shock and disgust the price of the car had gone up when I rang them the sales guy said they have had a lot of interest in the car millions of people have called I was told. The reason to put the price up was because they offered it to cheap (even though water pump/cambelt not changed. This is disgusting customer service by an a company merely driven by greed!!!!! Avoid avoid avoid

I bought a car back in october 2015, i just wanted to give it sometime before i reviewed 'desirable car'. And i can truly say 2years on I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I saw a car on there website and decided to make the journey to view it, i asked if they could call me if it was to sell en-route and they also assisted me with all the information about the car and a minor defect with the sat-nav screen. just so i didn't make a wasted journey. I met with Sandeep, he was very welcoming and he knew what i was there for. He handed me the keys and said take your time and have a look. There i was already with the keys to my dream car, i sat inside and checked everything over. It was in amazing condition and kept in the well maintained garage. I took in for a spin and then decided to talk with him, there was no pressure in making a decision and he gave me all the information to help make the right choice. He also offered good financed options, i also wanted to part x my car as i had travelled hours to get there, although they couldn't match we buy any car, he offered to deduct the difference off the final car price. I was so happy about this as everything could be done with him. so he was able to sort out my old and new car, he also managed the tax, insurance and warranty. The whole process was professional and informative and i felt i was getting a better service than a lot of car garages, even better than buying a new car from ford. Since then i am yet to receive such good service, other than a review to those who are questioning the company. Id like to thank Sandeep for his service to me.

Hi jason here, we are on the isle of wight so looking for a car is not easy, so after looking at lots of cars we found the car we liked and at a good price at desirable cars, so on a sunday after speaking to the guys there to make sure the car was as good as they said we drove up,
On arriving there Sandeep and Justin showed us where the car was plus some others the same,
and left us to look around them, and I have to say that not just our car but all the cars in there were in great condition, not like some places we had been to which have cheaper cars but have small dents and chips, we loved the car so went for test drive and came back and bought it, Sandeep sort out all the paper work and tax and we drove it out 2 hours from arriving.
I had a small problem with the car 2 weeks later and spoke to Sandeep about this and this was sorted out with no fuss and he let us get it fixed on the isle of wight.
would defiantly recommend if you are wanting a great quality car.
