From the first contact through to picking up the car, an outstanding service all round.
Kind, professional and courteous team who really went out of their way to make the buying experience smooth and easy, despite all the restrictions due to the pandemic.
Drove up from Ipswich to pick up the car which I'm absolutely delighted with. They even popped in some extra fuel so that I didn't have to worry about filling up on the way home.
Small things like that make a big difference, and the attention to detail really made for an excellent customer experience.
Part exchanging my car was simple and easy, which made it much less stressful buying the new car!

I recently traded in for a nearly new Ford. It was all arranged remotely. I drove a long way to do the swap and it all went perfectly. They were organised, professional and a pleasure to work with. Traditional car dealer (quite refreshing not to get the sales pitch on "glass finish" polish etc).

Avoid if you are booked in for a "Ford motorcraft service" after having abit of a moan at the service advisors for not providing a health check, wash, checking the gearbox oil and putting the wrong oil in the car, I was told by them. "The Ford motorcraft service is abit of a con, its designed so we can up sell on work and get people into new cars" unbelievable.

After searching months for the specific make and model of Focus I wanted I managed to find the ideal one that I then bought from here the other week. I was met with fantastic friendly service from the get-go, and the sales persons were not pushy one bit. They've got all the precautionary measures in place for Covid-19 and you could see the car had been deep cleaned before my initial test drive and upon collecting the car. I would highly recommend coming here and having a look for a potential new car.

I have never had a better experience buying a car. Shane at Coalville motors was exceptional. Good value, honesty, integrity and customer service of the highest level were demonstrated throughout. I was offered a good deal from the outset in a clear and open way. The level of communication and response even before I had committed to buy were exceptional. I travelled almost 100 miles for this purchase. Coalville motor will now always be my first port of call for a new car. I unreservedly recommend them and salesman Shane.

Bought an S max over the phone, only seen a dozen pics. Drove over from North Wales to collect the car a week later. All I can say is wow!! Totally made up with the car, Craig was a pleasure to deal with in person and on the phone, great package with the car also. Will defo use this garage again when looking for another car

As a business owner I had to review this company and the person we dealt with, Russell. They made the purchase of our new Ford Ranger so easy, a seamless operation from start to finish. The Ranger was fairly priced, everything happened when they said it would happen, we are so happy we travelled from Stockport to buy this vehicle. The garage is competitive with its hp rates too. A very different experience from dealing with Evan's Halshaw or Trust Ford, thank you and well done Russell.

Bought an almost new Puma from Motors Coalville Ltd, Ford Dealership.
Despite all these strange times we are living through, with Covid-19, and orchestrating the deal remotely from 60miles away, the process was hassle free and pleasant.....a dream.
Covid-19 precautions taken seriously too, very professional - yet still with the "Human-Touch".
This was in no small measure down to Shane Buxton who was polite, understanding, fair knowledgsble and, above all, a genuinely nice guy - a pleasure to deal with Motors Coalville Ltd and especially Shane.
If you are in the market for a car (particularly a Ford I guess) I would definitely recommend these guys.....and maybe ask for Shane too (top guy)

Unfortunately I'll never be able to afford a nice new car, which is why I own a 2007 vintage Mondeo. A car dealership needs a good back up service/parts dept. I have always found that despite frequent frantic calls to rescue my moribund vehicle, they have cheerfully dealt with each problem. On the last breakdown, they went out of their way to repair the fault, and didn't charge me a penny, despite the need for it to be towed in to the garage. A large company that looks after the small fry.

Excellent service from start to finish! Called Monday to enquire about a car I liked and got it reserved without deposit being taken, car was serviced and valeted ready to go for my trip up on Sunday. Fabulous service! Anthony was polite and very attentive to our needs, offered the use of the office PC to tax the car too.
Would definitely recommend this garage if you are looking for a Ford, seems to have the higher spec end of the market covered, the stock looked fantastic! Keep up thr good work!

Bought my new ford Kuga from here. Truly the best garage I have ever been. Russell was a pleasure to deal with no hard sale, didn't chat your ear off with terrible clichés, he just gave you exactly what you needed to know.
Immaculate car, we really love it. Really happy with the part ex price given and the price of the car I was buying was fair and reasonable.
