Had a fantastic experience when purchasing our new car! I’m so happy with the car itself, they checked all over and cleaned all ready for collection. It only took 1 business day between test driving and collecting for all the checks to be done and that was even with one of the mechanics off ill! The lads in the office were fantastic!! Would recommend any one to go over and have a look!

They sold me a car that was supposed to be 100% functional, of course, after trying to make MOT, it turned out that I had to repair the car first and invest 500f in it, otherwise I would not have a MOT, after two weeks it turned out that the clutch was to be replaced and another 500f was coming from my pocket, so I really advise against buying any car there, and in general it is 5 weeks since buying the car And I still do not have a registration certificate for this car, good that although I took the receipt

Car Giant is brilliant and have now just purchased my third car from them last week. My Daughter has bought from them three times, my son in law and I recommended a friend who bought her new car just before Christmas.
So much choice to choose from, for all budgets.
I looked around the car and its in perfect condition inside and out. Went for a test drive and fell in love. Put a deposit down and arranged for the extended warranty from themselves (Silver is the best in my opinion)
Very pleased with the price and I feel i got a fantastic car with so little trouble.
I would always go back to car giant in the future for peace of mind.

Matty jack and nick are first class and the help they gave me in getting my new audi Q3 is A1. Car wasnt even in stock but they instructed a driver to collect and bring it to braunstone for me to view. In my eyes nothing is to much trouble for this company! Very happy and would recommend and will recommend

Ryan had told me the bmw 320d estate had been to the paint shop so all touching up had been done. This scratch hadn’t been done. How can you class this as no marks. There is a small dent on the tail gate at the top. That I understand but this is not what I expect when I’m told on the phone that the car is clean no marks.

I'll keep it simple. Only buy a car from here if your looking for problems. The cars have hidden faults, most of them are MOT on site by their own testers, and most of them have 'LOST' paperwork. Seriously don't take their being nice as honest. Seriously, hold onto your money, and look elsewhere, don't fall for tube lovely photos on Auto Trader. I have fallen victim to buying a car from here, literally drove home and one issue after another, and they just don't want to know.
Ive instructed my legal team to deal with this, the car is being investigated by inspectors who will pinpoint every issue on the car. My heart hurts when I look back at the experience I've had, I've worked hard for the money I've paid for the car, and I give no one the right to abuse me and my rights like this.
UPDATE
Finance company's Independent engineer visit showed more faults than I found, Car has now gone back to finance company, got all my money back plus damages. Result!

My mum took her car to service and within 6 months we had low engine oil and engine oil leaks. We took the car to the manufacturers garage and they said it hadn't been clean out or refilled at all during the service. (cost £230 at the manufacturers) Absolute rip off, took their chance to gain some money off my mum who clearly didn't know much about cars. They're lucky my mum's car was safe enough to drive and they didnt indirectly cause an accident by poorly servicing the car.
REPLY: Good try but we took it back to you guys twice after noticing oil on our drive under the car and then after paying you for your work twice without any success and being charged each time, we went to the manufactures.

I have to say that I purchased a car from them. There was an issue with the car. I went back to them two days later and having come from 50 miles away (Stoke on Trent) they went above and beyond their normal procedures for me. I was able to swap the car and I have to say that the Toyota Estate Auto is a great motor. I was appreciative of the service, their answer was that they wanted to sort any issues out as quickly as possible for me. Many thanks guys

Please adhere this review, this car dealership is nothing short of shocking, selling me a car warranty from a company who were dissolved in August 2016 legal proceedings commenced For mis selling and reported to the authorities for investigation, if I had my time again I’d not touch this dealership with a barge pole!

They gave me a great trade in price for my old car, plus the car I bought was pretty much the cheapest of it's kind anywhere on the net and was in excellent condition throughout.
