My first experience was great. I was returning customer but I really had a bad experience this time. At the time of purchase i was told they will do full service. After few weeks I find out air filter like never get done. Hole in the carpets and loads of scratches all round the vehicle. They tried to hide the scratches with polish but they are still visible. Weather wasn't great the day i purchased and visibility was low so I couldn't notice at the time of purchase. Further, told me brake pads are fine. But i had to change the pads in 1 week time as they started to give squeaky noise. The main issue was the miscommunication which caused disappointment ????.

This is not a review on the car. Three months warranty so no worries there. I hope. Everyone I met was friendly and most importantly there was no pressure to buy. Put it this way. I will definitely go back. Wonderful people. Thank you guys. Shame I didn't get any pictures.

I highly recommend this company. I purchased my car in December and it was seamless. Manny and Stefan were great - kept me informed throughout the process. Its the after care sales that will make me return. I had a problem with it and it was booked in the next day by Steven to be sorted and again, i was informed and kept upto date. I will return for future services and MOT because I trust that they will do a good job. Nick (gen. Manager) checked the car over before I took it home but he wasn't happy so called the specialist mechanic in to check it. I waited while they did it - such good service. Thanks

Shame I can't give a zero marking but 1 star will have to do. Drove 25 miles to look at a car, only to be told it wasn't on site. Its only five mins away though so I can wait.... and wait.....and wait! 45 mins later and the car still hasn't arrived. Not that any of the staff were bothered, they were too busy eating lunch and taking personal calls on their mobiles. Terrible customer service but this wasn't reserved just for me. One staff member was so dismissive of one of the mechanics that it made me feel better about how he looked me up and down before dismissing me! Typical Jack The Lad garage which I will avoid!

Don’t buy from this garage!!! They are a scam!!! Bad horrible experience!!! Trust is out of the window!! Customer service with Nic (a man who calls himself the manager) is abysmal and unprofessional!! Beyond belief!! He is illiterate and lacks understanding. Bought a car less than a year with an engine light on. I informed the garage and was asked to bring the car for them to diagnose the fault and fix. To my utter surprise, none of the faults were rectified. Once I drive off from the garage, the light pops up again. This went on for the past 8-9months since the car was bought. I made about 6-8 trips from Birmingham to Leicester. Nic told me lies upon lies and I eventually decided to sell the car back to them. I thought of all the issues we’ve had with the car, selling the car to them would have been easier and smooth with apologies being offered for their lies, poor service and inconvenience...I was living in a dream land?? Nic who calls himself a manager lied and continue to lie to us throughout our meeting with him this morning. Wasted trip!!! He wasn’t making any sense and I’m not surprised as I was dealing with an illiterate unprofessional so called manager!! To add salt to injury, the owner of the garage turned up and I thought someone more intelligent will listen, but he was no good. Shocking to see an owner who hid his identity and jumped in the conversation which didn’t bother him. Why will an owner hide his identity?? Anyway, my advice to customers is to be vigilant and make sure you get at least 6months insurance from them before you drive off and don’t trust their car health check but take your car to a private garage for a diagnostic test!! Very important!!!

Staff really helpful, no hard sell. We were left alone with keys to look at cars we were interested in and got to test drive any we wanted. Prices reasonable and lots of choice. but there was no pressure, we picked and chose what we felt we needed. We got a decent deal and are very pleased with our nearly new car. I'd recommend.

The guy was friendly but services were limited due to Covid. We never brought a car from them in the end but this wasn't their fault. We just saw one with a better spec. Make sure you call in advance though, we did and still had to wait 30 minutes from to bring the car round.

Pleasant experience from start to finish with Manny who kept me well informed. Had my eye on a 1 series for a few years and couldn't dream of a better deal for the deposit I paid. Took a drive in an Audi A3 initially with a view to purchasing and just by chance they had a 1 series which they pulled from Blackbird Road for me which was perfect. The car a Passat CC to be honest has been a great car, the water pump blew up on it a few months after purchasing but that’s not anyone’s fault these things happen. Manny was really helpful and honest and got things sorted Only reason for 3 stars was the extensive wait for the log book due to having private plates when I got the car. Wouldn’t do that again. And when I got the car home after purchasing it was not properly valeted, the coolant was low below minimum, the oil was low, and the tyres pressures weren’t set correctly. But hey ho all fixable quickly. This all being said I would buy a car from them again, the car was a great price for what I got. I would just like it if they paid a little bit more attention to the handover condition.

I recently bought a car from them and had the worst customer experience. Although I had reserved the car a week in advance, the car was not ready to drive off when I went there. The reason was that its annual service was due in a month’s time and they had promised a 12-month MOT and service with the car. Then, when I told them to deliver it to me, they said that their tow truck was broken and they’ll try to fix it next week but they couldn’t really guarantee when they could deliver it (although when I made an online request the day before, they gave me a quote but failed to mention that the tow truck was broken!). So I decided to go again next weekend to collect it (although it was a 3 hour trip!), but I asked them two things which they agreed: a) someone should pick me up from the train station, b) they should “compensate” my extra trip in the form of fuel in the car for the 84 mile trip. First, they failed to pick me up from the train station because the car of whoever was coming had broken down! For a dealership with 100s of cars, a supposedly functional now tow truck and half-dozen employees, I am shocked that no one could really come and pick me up! Especially when the appointment was confirmed 3 times prior to my arrival. Anyways, I was told to get a taxi and they will “compensate” me with ever more fuel in the car. When I arrived there and checked the car, to my surprise I saw that the fuel was only a quarter of the tank, and even more frustrating I saw some scratches between the two doors on the passenger side that have been patched up pretty badly (the location of the scratches suggests that they happened from the door of another vehicle, which is very probable considering how packed they park their cars)! When I confronted them for these I got half answers at best. First, they were saying that because it’s a hybrid the fuel should be enough (like hybrid cars are well known for their great consumption in long distances) and that “they didn’t ask me to come and buy this car”! It might have been enough if I was going with 40, but with normal driving wasn’t of course as expected and I had to refuel in my way back. And supposedly they had put an extra gallon than my trip required to compensate for the taxi... Second, for the scratches they claimed they were there before, but during my first visit they said that they will fix any scratches free of charge. So both my wife and I spent a considerable time checking the car to make sure there weren’t any (stupid me I didn’t take any photos). In the end, it was my word against theirs saying that the scratches were there before because he (the manager) "knows" all his cars as he claimed. He also said that because it wasn’t in the form with my requests to fix that I completed the first time, they had no obligation to do so! I was trying to tell him that this happened AFTER the time I completed the form, but he was still giving me the same answer like he couldn’t understand what I was saying. Or maybe I should have been a fortune teller and know what would have happened a week later. When I suggested to check the photos on their website, he asked his mechanic to clean the patched up paint (which he did very easily) and paint them in front of me and that he (the manager) would check for the photos. When I went back in, he (the manager) said that he didn’t find any photos because they had put the advert down (and of course they don’t store them somewhere else, like images magically get uploaded on their server). But the advert was up the day before that I checked… And on top of that, they gave me a single key for the car and when I asked them where the second one is, they said that they don’t know but if it had two they would have advertised it so! Like the customer should know each dealership’s policies and it’s not their job to disclose any such issues. I can see now that I was naïve to trust that they would behave like human beings, but this doesn’t make their behaviour any more justifiable. At least the car has no problems so far, so something was good (fingers crossed!).

Where do I start, saw an Audi Q7 on there page and went ahead to purchase the car. Carried out my own check on the car and it came up an issue with injectors from last mot. I told bcm I would not purchase the car if this issue wasn’t rectified. I was promised the work would be carried out and when I went to pick up the car it was again told the work had been done at there “own garage “. Drove the car 300miles back home and it lasted from the Monday to the Friday and then completely died on me. Had to get it lifted to the nearest AA approved garage to carry out the work as I paid £250 for extra warranty. Once the garage had figured out what the problem was with the car ... you guessed it INJECTORS, 3 failed and the bill to get car fixed was £1700. The AA didn’t cover the injectors as listed part and then bcm have since said they won’t cover the bill because once I took out AA warranty then there own warranty becomes void which is the craziest thing I’ve heard . One month on I’m still having issues with the car and going down the legal route now to resolve issue and get my money back .
