Overall a positive experience, quality used car at a reasonable fair price.
As a negative point, after a brief (by personal choice) test drive & noticing the drivers side mirror wasn't operating as it should, being told by the sales person that any major dealership would be able to fix it and no offer of it being assessed/repaired from & by the place of purchase was a little 'different' and a unique first for me personally.
The service provided should be no different for an £1000 used or £20,000 new vehicle.
However overall a nice used vehicle and worth the long journey from South Yorkshire.

Fantastic service! I was provided with a personal video of the car I was interested in which was followed up with a courtesy call. After I decided to buy the car, I paid a deposit and test drove the vehicle later. The company was able to meet all my needs, provided me with lots of different options and let me decide what I wanted to do. I have now purchased a perfect family car for us. It drives lovely and the team were great. All Covid restrictions were adhered to and Sturgess made the process quick and seamless. They sorted out the paperwork for me and ensured I had 1 year warranty and breakdown cover in place for my vehicle and piece of mind. A very happy customer. Fantastic service from start to finish. Bought my peugeot RCZ online, Olivia sent me a personalised video of the car and gave me a great part exchange price too. I had the car delivered to North Wales on day and time promised by a lovely young lady who made sure I was happy with the car before she left.

Our third new car from Sturgess Anstey. As on the previous two occasions the customer service was perfect. Mark and Olivia did a first class job identifying our needs and offering a solution which was precisely in line with our requirements. My wife, who abhors going to a car showroom, loves the place and it looks like Hyundai will be the car of choice in future. I also happened to enjoy both the cars and the service and am of the opinion I have never had better treatment anywhere.

Mixed feelings. Initially the garage was helpful in organising a time to pick up a car I wanted to buy. After a few weeks of owning the car i found some small problems (damaged seatbelt, cosmetic issues). I went back to the garage and they very happily picked up the car dealt with the issues and brought it back, which was impressive service. However, shortly after I noticed seatbelt damage on the drivers side, and also a problem with the left wing mirror indicator. I was disappointed they hadn't checked these things over. I was given a lot of confidence that the car had no problems as it was 'approved'. Regardless of how well an 'approved car' is supposed to be checked, I would encourage anyone to check a car very thoroughly, to avoid any disappointment once taken off the forecourt. Here's hoping I don't have to fork out for unexpected bills at the MOT...

I recently purchased a used Hyundai i10 ex demo and the service so far has been very good. Very easy and trouble free no pressure salesmanship so am happy to recommend Sturgess to anyone. Would give 5stars but have not used their service department yet. As for my car it is just as good as any brand new car. Thanks also to Jack Hardy for his easy going nature and attention to detail.

I recently bought a Hyundai Ioniq (plug in Hybrid) from this garage and had an overall excellent experience. The sales person I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable (Cora Cahill) and extremely understanding when circumstances beyond my control meant I had to delay the purchase by 6 weeks. Cora couldn’t have been more kind and accommodating and the garage stored my car and made sure everything went smoothly when I came to collect it.

Im not happy with the service from this dealership it doesnt show good to a customer who takes their i20 to them when i had showed fault codes that had been taken from the AA an hyundai anstey say they cant fault the car more like they cleared the codes instead of fixing the problem an still my i20 is playing up sort yourselves out hyundai for gods sake.
Plus i get a car from them till my i20 is fixed an charge me 12.50 for a car an give me an new i10 which was dirty really is this the sort of service i can expect from hyundai sturgess anstey i wont be coming back there i,ll go back to derby or tamworth at least i get the service i pay for there.
