Highly recommended honest dealership, took my Mrs Hyundai i30 white for service & other under warranty work, spoken to Customer service representative Terry & Charlotte who have guided me in professional manners & kept me updated with work progress. Also their Technician Will did excellent job on above vehicle. Customer service staff have also shared Hyundai breakdown number which is free to call within your warranty period and you are eligible for hire car during breakdown period while your car getting fix.
We always avoided other dealership in past but not anymore as Sturgess of Leicester Anstey branch made our experience well worth it.
Will be using them again for service & new car in future.
5 stars from me as you guys deserve this.

Being a driving instructor, they understand that I would need my car repaired and back on the road as soon as possible and theyre always willing to accomadate me very quickly. Terry and all the staff and very friendly, helpful, quick and efficient. I would totally recommend them.

I don't leave many reviews but felt the need today to compliment the excellent team and service given to me on my Santa Fe. From a call in the morning to confirm collection time to collection, repair and return, the team were exceptional. Throw in an external wash and internal valet and they totally excelled. Bought brand new cars and motorhomes from other dealers in the past but none have come close to the customer service I have received. Thank you Sturgess and to all your team, wouldn't hesitate to recommend you.

Visited on Sunday 15/10/2017. A small dealership but a decent range of used cars. Although they were clearly busy, all staff were friendly, polite and attentive. A well-equipped waiting area with free tea, coffee, biscuits and cold drinks. We were handed brochures, were able to discuss numerous package and finance options, and although we didn't walk out with a car on this occasion, it was a very positive experience overall!

We always have our car serviced at Sturgess. The staff are friendly and reliable. The service is excellent and we receive timely reminders for when this is due which all helps with busy lives! The rates are very competitive and my car gets a valet afterwards. I would strongly recommend this service.

I bought my new car from the Anstey branch, although I live in Coventry, I still take my car back to them for servicing, as my sister wanted to change her car, I took her over to Anstey, she decided to buy, the price they gave her for her old car was very generous, and she was very impressed by Olivia’s patience and professionalism, I was also surprised, Olivia said, as I introduced my sister, I qualified fo a £50 shopping voucher. My sister loves her car; we both want to thank all the staff.

I wouldn't recommend them for servicing or aftercare. Cannot comment on the sales side as we didn't have any contact with them, but without aftercare, the likelihood of the initial sales would be slim.
This branch was closer geographically but I will be going back to the Vertu group, Hyundai Nottingham, at least they will stick to their words and perform the tasks, tests and checks as promised and professionally.

All the people at Hyundai Loughborough (Anstey) were helpful in arranging me to have my new car. I had a good trade in with my old car and I am very pleased with my new car as It has a wonderful radio station called Gold so I can hear varied music from the past with my girlfriend who enjoys music.
Also it is easy to drive and very comfortable.
When I took Lori my girlfriend and her mother for her birthday to Belvoir Castle her mother had a lovely sleep in the back seat whilst coming home.
They are such lovely people and a joy to see at Anstey with Olivia being a lovely person as well as everyone else.
I wish them all well in the future.

Fantastic service by John and Jack today with the purchase of my Focus ST. Having worked in the motor trade for many years I was really impressed by how organised, professional and friendly they both were. I arrived at 12pm and was on my way home by 2pm. Had a problem with my media pack called up at 16.00 hrs on Thursday spoke to Charlotte the personal service advisor not only did she book me in for 8.00am the following day she even supplied me with a curtesy car . I found Hyundai Anstey a place where the sales team and the staff were welcoming and friendly.
Mark Loxley the salesperson I met for my test drive, I found him very knowledgable about the Tucson I was interested in and he talked me through all the options. A week later I drove away with a new Tucson.
I would definitely use them again and would recommend them for anyone looking for a new or used Hyundai.
