Bought a car during lockdown. Failed to tell me the remote key fob doesn’t lock the car. I didn’t find that out until they didn’t deliver the car the day they was supposed to and they already had the cash. Kept car 2 weeks trying to fix it after I’d made several 4 hour round trips to Leicester each time being promised it would be fixed. I’ve since had it fixed at considerable cost. Only took real mechanics 2days. Not what you expect for a £12000 car. Just lie after lie from these guys. And they will never call you back when promised although claim to have tried each time.

Made an appointment to see a car, drove an hour to get there only to find they had sold it 24 hours earlier and hadn't told me. Claimed someone tried to call me but couldn't provide any proof of that even though their system is meant to record all calls, manager didnt even attempt to check - so it was clearly a lie.
The vehicle I had gone to see they had also tried to put the price up by £3k approaching the weekend knowing it gets busier.
Probably a good job I didn't buy from there as it was lie upon lie or mistake upon mistake no matter which way you look at it.

Great service, was greeted immediately with Anthony who sat down with me. We were on the road test driving the Audi within 10 minutes. They were very professional and great attention to detail. They made me feel very welcome and the cars there are fantastic. The cars are very cheap considering how good they are. Cheapest cars in the country but also the best.

Shocking customer service bought a van through a finance company zuto the finance company was great van was paid for on the 10th September.
the van is still not ready 3 weeks on!!!
every time I call I get told they will call me back and they never do!!
I call them again and again I get told different things and fobbed off saying I will be called back and no one does the first week i called their excuse for not being able to tell me when the van was ready is manny the sales man who is dealing with it is on holiday.
it this was every time I called for the first week all I got was manny is off im not sure what it going on with the van he will call you when he's back last week I called I finally got hold of manny he said he is waiting for an update he will call me back.
Again no call back i call countless times and ask if manny can call me back I get no call back.
its only by luck if he answers the phone I manage to speak to him he says the van should be ready Friday 25th sep he will call me back to confirm I get no call good job I didn't turn up because the van isn't even their its at the garage still being fixed..
I call today manny is off I get told he will call me tomorrow i ask to speak to a manager I got through to nick.
he assured me he is calling the garage to get an updated and will call me back in 15 minutes 6 hours later I called and asked to speak to nick another guy said he is busy he can call you back this guy was very rude and simply said their is nothing he can do I finally get through to the manager nick who was very rude and said it should be ready Wednesday it failed mot and needed two new tyres and a ball joint I asked why has it taken to long as the sale was agreed and paid for on the 10th September he very rudely put it as I asked when it will be ready it may be ready Wednesday the then said he has a customer in he will call me back and you guessed it no call back So 3 weeks on I got no van been messed around who knows what condition this van is in if their customer service is this slack what is the workmanship and standards like it seems they are interested in the money not the service they had the money first so why should they now use good customer service

Recently brought a 2015 Audi a3 from here. The car is immaculate and drives spot on. we were given a fresh Service and MOT on the car before purchase. BCM also Fitted new parts on the car that may have been a problem long term, with list of receipts. A Shoutout to Steve and Manny who sold us the car, genuine and honest customer service throughout. Although at times a bit disorganised, This garage went above and beyond for our needs and i could not reccomend them enough. Would seriously consider buying my next car through this garage. **Upon purchase we noticed a minor aesthetic fault with the car, which was not picked up on before purchase. however upon contacting BCM i was immediately booked in at short notice for the problem to be rectified, again excellent customer service from Manny and Steve. Thankyou guys ????

Been trying to buy an I30 off these guys for a couple of weeks. First it was going through its mot on Monday for delivery tue or wed. Called them Wednesday and they said delivery on Friday. Then on Thursday they told me it didn't get put on the truck in time for delivery on Friday. The mot is still showing as not been done.
With this lack of enthusiasm for a sale I worry about what their after sales support would be like. Bit of a red flag for me.
Sold my car on Wednesday on the word of these guys so I'm now without a car until I find something else.

AVOID THIS GARAGE AS YOU WOULD COVID 19..... They take your money and appear nice at time of sale. Within a few weeks and vehicle going wrong they are not interested and fob you off, telling you to keep an eye on it. When the vehicle breaks down they then expect you to pay out for the repair. What a joke they are. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take your business elsewhere. THIS BUISNESS NEEDS TO BE LOOKED INTO.
