Purchase and forgot to put the bolts and pins back in my gear box properly which caused
My gear box to fall out and my drive shaft to collapse! I had the car 3 months! My mechanic says I am lucky I’m not dead because if the car would of locked up while I was driving, it would of flipped!! I drive my kids around in this
Car! It’s disgusting!! The dealership then said they wouldn’t cover the costs of the repairs although it was their sloppy mechanics fault! They also sold me a bogus 12 months warranty with a company that went into liquidation in 2016!! I have contacted trading standards and my solicitor about this company, they need shutting down!

Got there in the end. Bit of a disjointed process. Disappointed with the part ex offer, even more so that it’s now on sale for 3 times the price! Overall got a decent car and staff were friendly and accommodating, just left a bit out of pocket.
Update: down to one star. Had issues with the car since we bought it, tried ringing and they just say they’ll ring back then never do. Rung 4 times in the last 2 hours just to book it in to be looked at but still hasn’t been resolved. Too big a business for the number of staff and very unreliable.

Arranged appointment, the car wasn't ready. It was dirty as it was probably parked somewhere under a tree. I was told the car was just fully inspected by their well trained mechanics. Multiple things broken off in the interior, front passenger headlight not working, one tyre almost deflated yet the computer didn't pick it up, squeaking doors... Here the salesman still tried to convince me that the car is in excellent condition. I was happy to leave and never come back again

I have bourght 2 cars from these guys, i bourght a nissan qashqai 3 years ago and they gave me great service, all the staff there went out there way to help me, i had the car for 3 years and didnt have a single problem with it, i recently bourght a BMW x 3 from them, again the staff there were amazing, i drove off a happy customer, i would highly reccomend buying a car from these guys, really happy.
