After deciding on the car I wanted everything on my visit was done in a very professional and timely manner. I was on my test drive within 10 minutes and only a short period of time dealing with the questions about gap insurance etc and no attempt at a hard sell. On picking up my new car the handover like the rest of the the deal with Chris Oakes was excellent.

We purchased our vehicle from Sytner Select through the locdown and they made the whole experience a pleasure and as normal as possible. A couple of small faults with the vehicle after a week of ownership but Sytner rectified promptly under warranty and without fuss.. A mention to Lee Whiteside who dealt with our purchase & aftersales. He provided a text book example of what customer care should be. I would happily purchase my next vehicle from them

We love the 'X3 , have had BMW 's before, my son Paul Kilner recently purchased BMW one ser in that gorgeous unusual bright blue. He says its the best car he has had . He's favourite one so far.

Service from Mandy Blakemore impeccable as always. Real buzz about the showroom with launch of the 4 series. Enjoyed the visit.
