Very helpful assistant, did the engraving quickly and to a good standard. The shop was immaculate. Good service and little biography on the counter about the assistant serving. Well done, will use this branch again.

Took in a watch that had belonged to my father and was needing a battery. Was told by the person who served me that a new battery would cost £50 for a standard battery or £80 for a life time one !! Also told not to take it elsewhere as they would not know how to treat a watch like that !!, Got a battery elsewhere for the grand sum of £1.69 and fitted ourselves. Will NOT be going back !!

I was paid for and was printing some wedding photos for family on Saturday 16-11-19 and the film roll ran out. The Sales Advisor said that he couldn't change the roll as he had a bad back and took my details to let me know when they would be ready. I have rang and rang the number and no answer and no call about my photos. Can someone help me here please? Thank you.

£45 to clean a jacket that came back just as dirty. It took almost 2 weeks after they lost it and the customer service was appalling.

The Timpsons located inside the Sainsbury's is a complete rip off merchant. Tried to charge me £8.50 to cut a simple key. I really hope he goes out of business. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
