Had a bag and a pair of shoes repaired. I was worried that the shoes especially were beyond repair, but they've come back great - I can get many many more years of wear from them now. The work they've done to repair my items is meticulous, and although its expensive, its well worth it, and less than the cost of replacing things. Especially if you have items of sentimental value that are not replaceable. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

A first class service and repair! I am so pleased with the excellent repair job the Shoe Spa did for me. My puppy chewed through a zip on a pair of my favourite boots which made one boot unwearable. The new zip is identical to the one they replaced and it's impossible to tell which boot has had the repair. The service team are super-responsive to email and very efficient. It was well worth the money it cost me, as these boots will last me a long time. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you Shoe Spa!

FANTASTIC!!! My beloved and favourite pair of boots were really worn out, the crepe sole worn out and heels worn down. Those guys looked at them; advised that they didn't really 'touch" crepe soles but would have a look. Yesterday, they contacted me and said my shoes were ready to be picked up, I collected them this morning and WOW! they are like new and the comfort is still there, he has made my day!! A FABULOUS job, thank you so much <3

I am amazed someone has given negative feedback to this shoe repairer , they have been repairing my shoes for the past 4 yrs and I have recommended them to lots of friends who have been delighted with the service and quality of workmanship. Did people who gave negatives even visit the shop when the owner wasn't there or is this a detrimental comment for fun? Either way I totally disagree with their comments!

All round excellent service; first class craftsmanship, durability and premium quality materials, including the same leather sole brand as used by Chanel! The best repairs I've had ever had done to my shoes, as compared to the after-care service of several London shoemakers and numerous cobblers over the years. A real gem.

I cannot compliment this place enough! I recently took in a pair of Guccis that had been chewed by my dog. This was the last resort before having to throw them in the bin and the fantastic repair job that they did on them far exceeded my expectations. Excellent cleaning of my Alexander McQueen trainers. One thing I would ask: it would be great if you notified customers of an expected delivery date earlier on in the process; the cleaning can take quite a while and so it's not that clear when it will arrive until the courier notification comes through.

Fantastic repair on a much loved pair of Louis Vuitton shoes, sole units carefully stitched in place with no loss of shape to the shoe, new laces, and i think the uppers refinished too - just beautiful! Great advice beforehand and a simple sharing of photos were all that he needed to confirm he could repair and offer a price. Fast turn around and great comms right through. Wont go anywhere else for my repairs, totally trusted!

Used this company recently, my handbag required a new zip, repair to both handles and was well overdue a good clean inside and outside... I was kept in touch via email to confirm the work required as well as the cost for the work.. My handbag was collected and returned to me via courier once all work had been completed.. I’m very happy with the result, and most definitely would recommend this company!????

I brought my old shoes that were true rubbish! Absolutely nothing was left from the old glow and beauty my Louboutin heels used to have. I’ve heard many good things about Shoe Spa, so after a while I decided to give it a try. At first, I was thinking, that there is no way for them to fix my heels. If not my friends recommendation, I would throw them away long time ago. But they insisted, that I should pass it to masters from Shoe Spa. So I did. I can’t remember if those shoes were ever greater. I have a feeling, that they look event better than new. When I received them, I was screaming in my head “they are alive! They are alive!” As my friend before, I highly recommend you checking them out. If you do not have any pair that needs fixing… mess up some and give it to those people! You’ll be amazed how beautiful they’ll come out, after the magic touch done by Shoe Spa. I’ll be coming back for sure to fix my bags every time they’ll start to turn into rubbish! Thank you so much!

I have my shoes made for me for medical reasons, but I needed a lovely pair to go with my beautiful dress for my daughter's wedding.
This company were amazing they restored and changed the colour for me on my hand made shoes from cream to rose gold.
They worked so hard and I know they are under pressure due to Covid, but they returned them very quickly. They were professional, responsive and efficient. Their workmanship is fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I am so glad I found this company, and would thoroughly recommend them.

I’m 45 and have had many shoes in my life. When I find a perfect fit for myself, I truly hate to throw them away, so I tend to repair my old shoes. I love to have them cleaned, leather polished and leather soles resoled... No disappointment here with any of these services! My shoes were never better taken care of! An absolutely amazing quality job for a good price. Can’t say enough about how happy I am with Shoe’s Spa service!

I was very nervous sending my precious shoes to the shoe spa as I didn’t know anyone who had used the service. I was also confused initially because they said it takes 4 weeks when my local cobbler can do it in 24 hours. HOWEVER, the difference between what they do at the shoe spa and my local cobbler is incomparable! The shoe spa did an incredible job resoling my shoes and I also sent them a pair of Gucci sandals and asked them to put a sole on it and it looks BEAUTIFUL, you can’t notice the rubber sole at all because they have matched the rubber with the colour of the shoe. I would say that it did take much longer than expected 6 weeks not 4 so perhaps when sending the shoes in don’t expect them quickly. All in all I would highly recommend them!

Unfortunately I must echo the negative comments; I also had a very poor experience with this company.
I sent a much-cherished designer bag with considerable sentimental value away for repairs in early July. I was told that the service turn-around time would be 4-6 weeks, but then heard nothing. In mid-August I asked for an update, and was told that they would need another 2 weeks. This continued until the end of October, with myself chasing for updates, when I finally received my bag back. Not once in these four months did the company proactively warn me that they would likely need more time for the repairs.
The overall repair of the bag was appalling. There are still a number of cracks and discrepancies in the sealings around the exterior of the bag; the outside of the bag is now a bizarre dull green-grey colour rather than the black it was when I submitted it; the straps are puffy and a bizarre shape, with ripped, poor-quality material and messy stitching; and the stitching of the inner lining is messy, loose and incomplete in parts, with some threads completely untethered.
In addition, the cross-body strap of the bag was missing entirely when it was returned. I raised this with the company and, to their credit, they were able to find it in their workshop very quickly. I didn't hear anything further until I chased them up, only to be told that they needed another few weeks to repair this strap as well. And now, in mid-December, I have finally received this strap back, with the gold designer hardware replaced with ugly and obtrusive off-brand hardware with an odd logo embossed onto it.
I do appreciate the pressure businesses have been under since March, and if it had just been one of the above issues I would have been happy to just sweep this under the carpet. Indeed, there are things I am happy with about this service, i.e. the exterior cleaning of the bag and my interactions with every representative of the company I had, including the manager, all of whom were polite, prompt and helpful in their responses. The company also processed a refund of 30% very quickly when I received the bag itself back and raised these issues. For all of this, especially my contact with the representatives, I'm grateful.
However, I would have liked to have been warned about the negative elements and risk of using this service prior to submitting my bag, which is why I've posted this review. It's just a real shame that the quality of work was so disappointing, especially in light of the cost, and in all honesty I wish I'd kept my bag in its original state rather than had it essentially ruined.

Work is not great all but the prices are dear.
Promised service time 4/6 weeks, I received 8 weeks plus.
Had my handbag with so called diamond service with charge of £150+ and returned with the same condition.
They took the money for clean and did a really bad job in the hope which rather disappointing and horrible experience.
What a waste of money!!

They have made a bold promise so I was really looking forward to the outcome (and it took a while). And guess what, they have restored them perfectly and I can use them on my next holiday trip again. When one of my Louboutin developed a hole in the sole I was reluctant to bin them for a new pair as the uppers were still in excellent condition. I was delighted when I managed to find that those guys were able to resole them using Louboutin soles!! They did an excellent job using the same machine as Louboutin do. Brilliant they now look like new again. The way I see it is that I get a good as new, if not better, pair of Louboutin's for half the price of a new pair. Last but not least the planet wins too as I'm not binning a perfectly repairable pair of shoes in this throw away culture we now all find ourselves in. Keep it up!!!

My suede trainers were perfectly restored by Shoe Spa, they not only did the professional deep clean but also restored the suede and the colour. They look almost like brand new now, I'm really positively surprised with the outcome. Plus very friendly and helpful staff working there, nice to come and have a chat. Highly recommended!

Took my wife's loved Gucci shoes here. They were pretty old and damaged and frankly falling apart. Few weeks later I was speechless about how great they’ve been restored!! I kept them in secret until my wife's birthday. At first, she thought these were brand new. It took her a while to realise these are her old ones, just refreshed and beautiful again. Honestly, I cannot imagine a better gift!

For quite a while that’s the only place I’m taking my Gucci and Jimmy Choo shoes. Those people are truly amazing and what they’re doing with shoes is simply a miracle! I’ve tried out many (too many) other places when it comes to shoe repairing! Now I know, that I will never place my foot anywhere else but ShoeSpa! Leather on my shoes looks even better than right out of the store! I have no idea, how they’re doing it but I know that they’re true masters in making shoes beautiful again!

I've just picked up my Alexander McQueen trainers and I'm more than happy with the end result! I've only asked for the basic cleaning outside, as they are still fine and they don't need the full restoration yet. They now look really great, especially the suede part I was worried about looks amazing. They managed to refresh the suede and also enhance the colour, I'm so happy. Very well done with the repair on my beloved suede boots. I have them for a very long time but I'm not ready to part with them. The complete restoration project undertaken by Shoe Spa in London exceeded my expectations too be honest. Perhaps they don't look like brand new, but they are surely very close to that state and I'm surprised what can be achieved these days. So I have my super comfy boots back and they are in an excellent state and protected for the remainder of the winter - I'm a very happy customer.

I contacted shoe spa to see if they could help. I needed a pair of white, patent, louboutin boots repairing. I had scuffed the leather both on the boots and heals. They said they could and sent a price list, which I think is very reasonably priced, and details of how to book a courier as I live in the North. The courier came on the same day as I booked and they received them the day after. I was a little nervous as they were expensive and patent is tricky to restore, especially white! I’m over the moon with the results as they are like new. They were easy to contact during the time they had my boots and I have no hesitation in using them again in the future for my much loved designer shoes and boots. Thank you shoe spa and your team

took 3 pairs of louboutins to be cleaned and dyed, did a terrible job on the blue pair, trainers were just as dirty as when I took them and seem to have yellowed the blue dye.. were rude when questioned what happened and why the job wasn't done properly for a price of over £130, answer was we work properly youb not right.. would never use again nor recommend unless you like £1000 trainers ruined past the point of fixing.
