Horrible rude customer service. Please listen to the bad reviews and go elsewhere! The owner is obnoxious, insulting and thinks way too much of himself. Each Snappy Snaps is independently owned and the one on Thayer Street cares about your business.

I just made a call to ask a few questions about their developing times, rudest woman ever on the phone. Horrible customer service, no manners whatsoever and clearly no training. How anyone is allowed to speak to their customers this way baffles me.

Waited 20 minutes for my photos told one price at first then was charged an extra 10£ saying how it was some special type of photo , poor photo and rubbish service really wish I read the reviews first , but you would not think you needed to if your only going to get a bloody passport photo!!!!
