I have been coming to this branch for 5 years now and they always do great quality colour prints (matt with border) with no colour inconsistencies... and fast! Staff are friendly and it is a busy branch which shows they know what they are doing. Best of the Snappy Snaps chain, in my experience.

It gets the job done, but the attitude of the staff was off-putting. I had a digital photo prepared for a visa application, and they repeatedly applied scare tactics to convince me that it'd be rejected and I really should use their £9.99 "guaranteed accepted" passport photo service. I stuck with my photo (£0.80) and had no problem. I'll not be going back for digital prints.

A couple of weeks ago and when in need for some urgent photo prints, Magdalena was an absolute superstar. Got my polaroidesque photos all sorted in a matter of 15 mins vs my online order which took one week in total (and was only cheaper by a couple of pounds). Thank you again Magda.

I have never before written a review but felt compelled to after visiting this shop. 4 visa photos cost £19 and although the signs say they are instant it took them over an hour to print them out. A photo booth in a station only takes 3 mins and costs a lot less. Avoid these guys!!

Went there to print a full body pic. Had to wait before a gentleman started to deal with us. He told me to wait 15 mins, and the picture will be done. It coasted around 1,25£. Just before leaving I noticed that the photo isn't full body sized, the gentleman told me he can't make that one, because he can't make the picture fit into the size. He told me that he could make in in a very big size for 10£ for next day. I was very upset. I left, in 1 minute arrived to a camera shop on Oxford street, where I printed out the perfect sized picture from my phone in 5 minutes, and it costed 0,40£

I asked Snappy Snaps in Wardour St to print a photograph which was on-line but was informed that they can't do this because they don't have a pricing structure in place. This is surprising considering that they were able to scan a photograph on to a computer and then print the photograph. When I suggested that they could perhaps charge the same price as what it costs to scan an image and print they took offence and said that I was in no position to give them advice on their pricing structure. In reality I was just trying to give them business, nothing more complicated than that. So here we have a photographic development shop which can't even print a digital image - AMAZING!! To make matters worse I was the only customer in the shop, people were hardly queuing up, then again with terrible service like this and an attitude to match it comes as no surprise. I have been to other Snappy Snaps and have never encountered this issue, this is obviously a franchise and the staff / management at this branch are more preoccupied with doing as little as possible, ask for anything else and they get offended. I'm still shocked at what I have just witnessed today - a business which turns business away. AVOID WARDOUR ST BRANCH AT ALL COSTS OR WASTE VALUABLE TIME!!

What useless bone idol staff. 1 guy "trying" to help and 4 dudes pretending to be busy and doing their best not to catch the eye of a single dispairing customer. Inferior machines non existent service save yourself 45mins and go to boots around the corner in Tottenham court. (Bring your own cables for new samsung)

The service is very expensive for the quality received. I needed some photos for my ID card and they managed to provide me photos with inadequate size despite of stating the exact measures.

I used to process BW rolls before here. The results were pretty bad and the price wasnt that appealing so I start doing BW myself in my house.This sunday I had to develop 2 color rolls and they were the only opened in central, I said let me give it a go again: worse idea I ever had. I would go back and show them the awful job they doing... it feels like is a joke or something. Scratches everywhere, spots, hairs and all sort of things going on. A 7 years old kid would do a better job in the darkroom.I will never go back..period. You guys need to SERIOUSLY step your game up, we still shooting rolls because we enjoy and I hate to see franchises like yours doing rubbish where it should be a craft....oh and by the way stop using squeegees to dry those films you just scratching those negatives! Instead wash those rolls in the wetting agent!

Extremely poor customer service. Everyone in here looked at me blankly like my choices were dumb. No personal skills. Making funny faces behind my back. Will never go there again. The guy behind me had his order wrong and waited half an hour for the correction.

Horrible staff. Horrible store. AVOID at all costs. Do NOT get your passport photos done here either, unless you want to be humiliated in front of a busy store full of people. I cannot express how bad the staff here are.
