Ordered Fajitas l, was expecting more considering the cost, got steak fajitas and got 3 tiny slices of steak with some oil drenched peppers and burnt onion - wouldn't go again.

Awful!
Thought we would try after refit, we only live down the road so very close but service was rediculously terrible. 6 of us dining and the last person got their meal 20 minutes after the first 3!? Also kept forgetting the person having coffee, so kept having to remind them that we were still waiting for a drink. Beyond belief really shocking service.

Called in for a quick lunch - ordered food - after 45 mins asked where it was - told that we should have been told (by the manager!!) that there was a min 1 hour delay from order to service. Waited another 15 mins as it was too late to go anywhere else. Still no food & others who had come after us had had food & left!
We said we couldnt wait any longer & went to get refund - & "by coincidence" food was ready! We ate it - fairly average - fat/grisle in pie - & left. No sign of manager, though waitress was appologetic both that we hadn't been told & that we had to wait.
Dont use "tellusandwin" service - automated & take no notice of complaints.
Will NOT be back & WILL advise others to AVOID.
