Everytime I go in... Noone asks me if I need a size or help me in any way. Staff stand around looking bored I just avoid the place now

Few days ago, I was victim of a fraud on eBay, someone took control of my account eBay account. Ebay ensures that they would take care of this with the seller so purchase would be cancelled and reimbursed They sent message to Sole Trader. I also sent 3 messages. Soletrader never replied, and kept the charge without reimbursement and sent the item in a non verified address. The fraud is over 160 euros and I suspect this seller and company are fully taking part in the fraud. Avoid them if do not want issues

I bought my shoe at 530 pm yesterday.When I got home, I realized there was a line of blue pen on my white shoes. When I called the shop to tell them about the fault of the shoes. No one answered. I came to the shop within less than 18 hours after purchase. Then, when I got to the shop, staff said they will look for another pair. They discussed it within themselves. After 5 minutes of talking, they said they did not have the shoes size but someone else asked and they lied. The guy said there was no blue pen in the shop for that to happen. I told them that I could sue them if they lied about it and they just kicked us out. Do not buy from this shop! They are selling fault products and put the damaged shoes if you dont check it before they put it inside. Be very careful. They are misleading.

Slow service. Staff need more training in customer service.
