My first visit to a proper Irregular Choice store and it did not disappoint! Aside from wanting the decor and the entire store of shoes, the staff were outstanding- most pleasant and helpful. Of course it would have been rude not to make a purchase ????????

Beautiful shop selling extraordinary shoes! My closest shop is Camden Town, but I can't miss to visit Irregular Choice, when I am in Brighton too! Shoes are great quality. I own few pairs. It always brings compliments on the day/ evening out! Friendly staff!

I have also been to the irregular Choice shops in both Camden and Carnaby Street each shop has its own unique environment that is wonderful and shiny and glittery and the shoes are a delight. I own quite a few pairs of irregular Choice shoes now. I personally prefer the slightly lower heel ones but they have high heels and flats to. Although you can buy online it is really worth visiting a shop the staff a great fun and really helpful.

Have shopped here many times but never again. My sister bought two pairs of shoes there yesterday which the staff box up once you have tried them on. When she opened the boxes the next morning one of the shoes had a nasty mark on. She rang the store and they told her there’s nothing they can do it’s her fault for not noticing it in the store. I can 100% state that the damage was not on the shoe when she tried them on.
Conclusion-never shop there again.
People beware before you leave the store, the shoes are not cheap and I’m sure that consumer rights protects you after you are sold damaged goods

Friendly and helpful staff. Helped me with a size change from an online order that was too big. Went to the trouble of going to the warehouse whilst I went away to do my other tasks and called me when they were ready to collect. Also, who doesn't love a new pair of ICs!

I seen this shop from a few doors down and can help but let a exciment squeel out while dragging my partner in. The lovely lady welcomed us (sorry ive forgotten your name but you had lovely turquoise hair) there where so meny shoes to choose from and are all so pretty and amazing. Its a fab little store and i wished we had one in Plymouth
