I have had my carpets and oven cleaned by this company. Dean you are a star! Best carpet clean ever - you got stains out that others couldn't!

Cleaned my oven, broke my grill, denied all knowledge. DO NOT USE

Oven and carpet cleaning from diamond cleaning southern You have one very very happy customer right here ,all I can say is wow from start to finish working with diamond cleaning was simple to do and their customer service is brilliant My oven is immaculate and I must say it was disgusting before diamond cleaning worked magic on it , Even my racking and trays got a good clean and while the oven was soaking all the glass was removed and cleaned for me , I didn’t even know you could remove the glass , me being silly didn’t realise that I actually had a double oven and not a single because it’s all one unit but this wasn’t a problem the oven cleaner still cleaned both for me My carpets have come up really well , the carpet cleaner spent more time then he should do on the living room carpet getting a stain up for me which my dog made when he was a puppy I really didn’t expect the stain to be removed but it came up , the smell of cherry lasted for a good few days and the whole house looked fresh again , I am now trying to get my husband to agree for this company to clean my house on a regular basis , as I have spoken to a few mums from my daughters school who told me to use diamond cleaning for the oven and carpets I will most certainly be using this company again in the future and have just booked them to clean my mother in laws oven and my mums carpets

Booked an End Of Tenancy clean which unfortunately was not up to standard. Don’t get me wrong, they did turn up and spent about four hours cleaning but just not the details. Under things, on top of things, window shuts etc weren’t done or anything over shoulder height as they couldn’t reach. The Henry Hoover had no fitting to the end of the hose so they couldn’t get into the corners or down the sides of things. When told them it’s wasnt very good they did spend another hour and it was much better but I still needed to hire a Rug Doctor and spend another six hours cleaning to get the landlord to accept the standard. When I contacted the company for a schedule of works, so I could compare them with what I had received, they said they didn’t have one as it was pretty obvious what needed cleaning...exactly. I asked the cleaners how the property compared with the others that they normally did and was told that it was pretty clean. The owner of the company was not interested in discussing my disappointment and just told me to pay the bill which I have immediately done in full. It’s important that real customers give real feedback or there is no point in reading reviews. I’m not saying that this will always be their standard of service but on this occasion the End Of Tenancy clean was not up to standard and the company offered nothing to make me recommend them. Thank you for your response to this review. Unfortunately my experience was that you told me you DO NOT have a schedule of works, and whilst you may believe that your people have the equipment etc to carry out the work, on this occasion they simply did not. As you are fully aware I have contacted you to discus the issue but you simply dismissed my concerns and told me to pay the bill...which I did immediately and in full. Reviews are only worthwhile if people give honest feedback and your standard of work on this occasion was simply not up to scratch and you exacerbated the issue with your couldn’t care less attitude rather than fronting up and acknowledging that on this occasion you git it horribly wrong. Time to move on but buyer beware!

Diamond cleaning saved the day when they couldn't make it to us on the day we originally booked due to sickness which is understandable but we were giving our keys back for our flat the day after we had booked it. They did everything in their power to get someone out the next day which they did and the guy came at 10AM he was very polite and did a fantastic job. Thank you :)

I am a landlord of a student house. My tenants employed this company with a groupon deal. When I inspected the carpets they were still dirty and none of the furniture or beds had been cleaned underneath so a waste of money. I had to get all the carpets deep cleaned to an acceptable standard with another cleaning company. I am unhappy that my tenants were taken advantage of by this company offering sub standard carpet cleaning services.

Diamond Cleaning Southern Limited clean our flat on a regular basis and also carried out a carpet clean for us. The service is always excellent, carpets came up really well and they removed a few stains that another company said could not be removed. Really good value for money, always been very reliable.

unreliable!!! I've booked carpet cleaning month ago then had it confirmed day before it supposed to happen but on the day nobody showed up. Now I had to pay additional fees to rental agency for organising their contractor. Well done...thank you! Great experience!

Couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by diamond cleaning southern, I had originally booked my end of tenancy with a different company who didn't turn up on the day , in my panic I got told from a friend about diamond cleaning and gave them a call, they told me they were extremely busy but to give them 20 mins and see what they could do , well they saved the day they arrived with in an hour and managed to save me loosing all my deposit money , the clean was fantastic and my stressful day ended quite nicely , I highly recommend this company to anyone

I bought a voucher through Groupon with this people. My advice is to stay very well away from this company who do not operate as cleaner themselves but have contractors to do the job. They don't communicate with them by phone but by a prehistoric way of sending them emails and hoping them to read them to update. Icing on the cake when I complained about the service with her manager in fordingbridge I enquired about her capability of getting the situation sort it, she said "you don't speak to me like that" here's a brief description of what happened. I've raised also an investigation through Groupon 1) On Monday I rang the support and provided the security code of the voucher. The service was booked by 9am on Wednesday. I provided my landlines number. There was no time slot block as they keep saying. 2) On Wednesday morning I spoke with the same person on the phone and told her that I was checking that everything was fine. She couldn't find me on the system but then said that she found me. She said that the contractor would turn out at 12. My mobile phone was provided during the call. 3) I left t the property for a couple and half hours and on my way back I phoned again the company asking what would happen if they don't turn up as by the time I didn't receive any call on my mobile. She said that this has never happened and I would hear from them. 4) Ten minutes later after I get home I get this piece of paper telling me that they missed me. There was no phone call on my mobile and only to the landline. I ring back again, explain the situation and the lady says that it would have been anytime between 9 and 12:30 and that unfornatuantely I missed them she also says that she doesn't have a way to communicate but only through emails that's why they didn't ring my mobile number. Why did she ask for it earlier then? 5) I ring their main number on fordingbridge a lady asks me to wait on the phone and I wait for 15 minutes. When I get back I explain the situation and I get told that she's the manager and that since the beginning I was provided with the right info as she was all the time with her and heard her clearly when she said 9 to 12:30 as they would never provide any other information. I ask them why do they have then similar complaints from people about the same on internet? I said that my Mrs was next to me and that in first place the info provided was wrong and the way they communicate with their contractors is wrong as they would not be able to read emails all the time. I ask her as a manager to find me a solution and that surely she has dealt with this sort of situation in the past. She gets really angry on the phone and tells me that no one speaks to her like that. Wow. I ask her for her name and she says that she will give me nothing and that she will hang up, and asks me to wait for her call. 6) Next day the voucher is marked as redeemed and I get asked to provide Feedback. Here is my feedback: stay away from people who doesn't know what soft skills are. A pathetic woman with no respect for anything even for her job. Stay very well away from this people as they have in here similar complaints for the same thing

Poor service, often late, often spent less time, spoke no english, broke items(but did cover costs) didnt turn up and when i left refused to return the key or refund for visits they did not turn up for. Very rude managing director laughed when I asked for my money back and said it was an insignificant amount of money like £24 was nothing to him. I wouldn't use this company for free

I had a oven clean and my carpet's cleaned what a great service they turned up on time and were very professional would use them again and the price was very fair.

I needed 2 offices made ready for some importantant clients. They hadn't been in use for over a year and needed freshening up. I asked a local company to come and clean it for me. Simple job, clean the offices and carpets. Nope! Waste of time! I called Diamond and told them I now urgently need them ready. I had a team of 2 cleaners come in and blitz them, top to bottom, corner to corner, covered every detail and then this guy comes in and does the carpets, he removed several coffee stains and some Blu Tak and the carpets were dry within 4 hours and smelt fresh, with cherry that lingered. My clients have moved in and the offices are still sparkling and the carpets still smell of cherry, not my favourite smell, but at least I know a good product was used. I'm now negotiating with Diamond to do some more offices and am looking for a permanentt cleaner to look after the cleaning for us. Great team, friendly manner and above all they accomplished the task I needed done, and with short notice. Don't need to say more, Thanks Diamond Cleaning Southern Ltd.

We have used the services of various cleaning companies in Bournemouth for cleaning our offices with not much success,Howevever since using diamond we have definitely seen a marked inprovement,i would recomend these people

They helped us out quite a bit when we needed a clean up before we could move into our new offices,in bournemouth the gave the cheapest Quote so i was not expecting a lot,They turned up on time and and did an efficient job no only did it look clean it had that fresh clean smell afterwords, we may use them again once we are more established in bournemouth,we were pleased with their sevice so i would also recomend this company
