The worst experience as in the store you can see one price, at the till you will pay with 5£ more and when I asked why is that they respond as prices in store are not the right one as on the till they are. I will suggest to avoid this store.

I think is one of the best place for buy shoes and brand clothes, one of the biggest in Churchill Square and you can find some offers. I really like the fact that they have a lot a brand and some diferents shoes that I haven't seen in another place in churchill

Went inside to buy a few pairs of trainers, found a couple I liked and asked to try my size on.. first pair was not right so I asked for another size and the girl serving seemed upset she had to work and basicly blanked me and started serving someone else. Walked out soon after, won't be going back.

Awful. Went their to return faulty goods that where purchased online. This was on the advice sent by foot Asylum.
I know it's not the staffs fault that their system has been down for 6 days but there was no help or empathy despite the fact we drove 30 minutes to get to Brighton, paid for parking etc. The store manager wouldn't even come out of the back office.
All the store would agree to do was to refund or money if we came back on another day. The fuel and parking again will cost almost as much as the shoes.
Will never never never use this company again.

There were discount shoes for £ 19.99 first no staff noticed me standing and talking and laughing after I went to the checkout to want to buy the given sneakers it turned out that the price was £ 29.99 was changed but none of the staff had changed the sticker with Price where the sneakers were I wanted to talk to the manager but she was the arrogant and did not pay attention to me told one of the staff to deal with me you lost me as a customer, I probably have a lot more to lose.

My experience was very disappointing as lady at the till was very arrogant, she had no idea what is a good customer service. She didn’t want to help at all. It’s very shame as this shop has very good selection of trainers and clothes. I always buy stuff for my boys there.
