I visited this store today for the first time as I usually love their range of footwear in all the stores I have visited so far, however I just couldn't seem to find anything I liked when usually I find too many items to purchase, the staff didn't seem welcoming either as I found several of them quite miserable, they sell a range of footwear for the whole family as well as handbags & purses.

Bought a pair of trainers for my daughter to replace a pair fr Deichmann as well worn no more than 4 months that has fallen apart. Second pair, after 2 weeks, the bottoms of both shows broke and are hurting her heels. Used to last longer but the price I'm paying to replace her shoes so often, I wonder why I bother. Thrown receipt away already but hoping I can still get my money back. Very disappointed!

brilliant experience at this shop. I was assisted by "Ziggy" during my last visit, overall great and handsome guy with a bright personality. Experience was 9.5/10 overall :-) Loving my new shoes too! I don't reside in Brighton, so this "Beachy" atmosphere is breathtaking to me. Brighton overall is just such a nice place, haha! Especially love the classy theme of shoes this store has gone with. wish I had found out about this store earlier though, as my eldest son just graduated from school.

Order placed on 24.09.16, no respond till 05.11.16., so I went to store to find out what happened.
Served by ''Hanna'' (name given) ...very poor customer service with arrogant attitude. when I asked why the order did not come as they said they should contact me in 3 weeks...she said, that she doesn't know that she did not place the order...no sorry or she did not even look what happened ... when I changed my other item she throw the receipt on me and kept repeating ....sign it here, sign it here....even I was trying to ask other questions to find out what happened with my order...she ignored me completely and kept on repeating and pointing sign it there all the time, she even throw the receipt in the way where I was supposed the sign the receipt...I was in absolute shock how rude can someone be.....
