Had fantastic customer service by Matt 420, he was really lovely & Friendly too. Really helped me get my work shoes, giving me great advice with some leather stretching products. Well done a very happy customer. Actually all the staff were very attentive too.

Fantastic service yesterday. Store was nicely laid out in keeping with social distancing. Janet was so helpful with my 3 year old little girl. Knowledgeable, kind and not pushy, I left the store feeling really confident about the shoes I purchased, as well as knowing what I needed to look for in a winter boot for very wide little feet! ????

Good fit shoes although you need to watch them or sizes as although professional it's often just a guide as 2 different Clark shops differ. But at least the shoes last a while and have certain guarantees they don't mention if feet grow to quick

Ticket system made sense for service, love a queue system.
However, after measuring toddler for shoes 3 different pairs in 2 sizes were unavailable. It's very hard to get a kid to pick something in a shop they can see that they can't have.
Had to go on the website and pay extra for postage to account for poor stock at store.

Friendly team. Not pushy. All the shoes I've bought at Clarks have lasted well over five years even after pounding the pavements of Brighton on a daily basis (I walk nearly two miles to work each day).

Great place to buy shoes for back to school. Staff very efficient & friendly. Number system avoids confusion. Shoe width & shoe length considered in choice.
Highly recommend. The price when measured out in days of use shows how in the long run it's well worth it.

Very, very good service. Friendly and super patient and even wrote down the model which they no longer had in stock. The kids section is separate which was very busy and being served by a young man with the patience of a saint with nerves of steel. Personally I would have been shouting the odds at some of the kids who were allowed to run wild.

I am so disappointed. I came to this store last week, I asked staff for particular size of soft shoes (in sale) for my 1 year old. I waited ages and then I saw her serving other customer. When I asked her if she found the size I have asked for she said yes but this stock is already prepared for 26/12 sales so I should come then. Today 26/12 I visited store and I found the same selection of shoes as before. I took ticket and I waited 10 mins, then I asked one staff if I can be served and I was told: “Oh yeah”, then my ticket number was called, I have asked again for particular size and again I was told that there are not more shoes in stock and when I mentioned that I was told to come on 26/12 the girl told me: “ I am sorry about that I am not sure why they told you this” .... I mean really? I use to buy shoes there for my older son and I was always so impressed with the staff but lately I am just disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Waited for ages in Childrens section to have my daughters feet measured. Not easy with an inquisitive toddler. There were several members of staff on the floor but no one asked if they could help me and all rushed around too quickly to ask them anything. No one at checkout to ask. I eventually saw that you have to take a number but this wasn't obvious. Then I struggled to find out where the paper numbers were. I managed to chase after a staff member who told me. Even then I waited and could not get served so walked out. The store wasn't overly busy and there were lots of staff in the adult area so I feel someone should have been able to ask if they could help.
