Never visited the store and have never had a reason to complain about the quality of their products until now. I have worn Doc Martens for more than 20 years, since I was 17 years old. Over the summer, I bought the Glitter Y boots in a youth size 5.5 brand new from a retailer online, they look amazing but the quality is diabolical, the leather has split and torn and I've worn the boots not more than 5 times, I'm totally devastated and will never purchase Doc Marten boots again

I visited a busy Brighton store on Saturday just passed. The staff were exceptionally helpful, calm and welcoming. The experience was perfection. I have visited on several occasions and always find the team this way, however the busy-ness of the store on Saturday was a real testimony to their level of professionalism and customer service.
