"AVOID" People that you can't trust. Soon they get money from you they will ignore you and not keep anything they promise. You definitely can't trust this house and if you have to deel with this kind of arrogant people be very careful and don't trust them. Make sure everything is OK before you paying.

The guys sell accident damaged cars and they won’t tell you when you buying the car , after you have bought the car that is the end of it if you call the Danny guy he won’t pick up lm not sure who put all these reviews about service being good this service that because everything is Dodgee with thts garage. Future customers beware .

The car was in much worse condition than was let on as I had asked before making the 2 hour journey if the car had any damage at all and Danny replied saying the car was in great condition with no scratches or dents...upon viewing the car in person it had a number of deep scratches and some fairly major cosmetic damage at the front. Why he lied I don't know as the damage wasn't a deal breaker, I just wanted to know more about the car before making such a long journey. He agreed to resolve these issues before I picked it up in 2 weeks time, and on collection it seemed like he had however when I got the car home there were more issues which made me feel deceived, e.g. the car had not been professionally valeted as agreed and only had a very superficial clean; it had a very strong smell of smoke within a few days of owning the car; the whole left side of the car has had a poor repaint job (not evident in the showroom as the car hadn't been cleaned properly); the driver's side sun visor mirror was completely smashed under the cover and when I sent a photo to Danny within a couple of days of collecting the car, I received absolutely no response, despite chasing him up several times via both text and whatsapp. None existent post sales communication or customer support. The car had obviously been used by Danny as his personal car while it was in his showroom as the bluetooth had been renamed to "Danny's GTI" (not the previous owner) which I found very unprofessional. The warranty provided also hasn't materialised, I've tried contacting the company several times since I bought the car in April and haven't received any confirmation about the details of my cover. Seems very dodgy. I cannot recommend Autobahn, Danny is not professional and will not help you out if you have any problems the second you've handed over your money (they don't accept debit or credit cards either...) and left with the car.

The modus operandi of this outfit is simple. Firstly, they state the car comes with a full RAC check. Not so. I had immediate issues that a main dealer mechanic stated were long standing and would've been obvious to any competent mechanic during an RAC check. I complained to the RAC and I believe this has now been removed from their website. Secondly, they claim the car comes with a warranty. Again, not the case. I contacted Danny the following morning, immediately after the catalogue of issues was identified. I asked how he wished the warranty to be dealt with. He stated he would have to check as' ...no-one had ever claimed before'! He told me he would call me back. He never did and has blocked or disconnected all attempts to contact him. Thirdly, they state they offer drive away insurance. Danny will give you a verbal assurance. Good luck! Finally, he will respond to all negative reviews in a way to try to discredit the author. I don't leave reviews very often. I generally believe someone can have a bad day (or a good day) and reviews shouldn't just take a snapshot of how a business operates. Danny is different. He is charming and believable. He talks of a family business in order to install trust. Underneath this veneer however is a business built on fabrication. Try clicking on his twitter, facebook or snapchat links. They don't work. His company instagram account is private because disappointed customers, like myself, post visible evidence of his poor practices. Avoid unless you like to gamble! Update 1 - As I mentioned above, Danny will try to discredit all negative reviews and he's done just that below. He states the RAC warranty didn't validate the claim as it was our carelessness that caused the problem. Not true. The issue was a seized brake calliper. No warranty claim was ever submitted as Danny refused to talk to me after he told me he would have to check how to make a warranty claim. He can't have subsequently made a claim as he didn't have the details. Not sure how you can carelessly seize a calliper whilst driving home in any event. The highly competent mechanic who fixed the seized calliper, after the car had only driven from Danny's showroom to our house, just over an hours drive, stated that there was absolutely no way that issue would've been missed on a RAC inspection. Danny (or John as you're calling yourself), if you believe my comments are slanderous why don't you test that legally? Update 2 - Almost two months after buying the car I still don't have a V5C in my name. I've had to wait the required period before being able to claim ownership via the V5C part 2.

Found my dream car - Nissan Juke Tekna. Very clean and well presented. Highly recommend Autobahn.

Went there after looking at a car on their website made a big mistake as the car was full of scratches and bits was hanging of the car and sales staff didn't even care much about the conditions of the car.. Very bad don't get cheated

Appalling after service. Avoid at all costs. Very disappointing as I was pleased with the car and the service I received whilst purchasing.

Didn't have a very good experience with Danny unfortunately, ended up with court action, he did eventually pay, but clearly had no intention until I filed the court papers - would be better paying a little more and choosing a reputable dealer - also ensure you get the warranty documents - my car clearly didn't have any In response to the reply from John - I would like to point out that the reimbursement for the work done at Audi was unconnected with the air conditioning fault, it was down to a snapped anti-roll bar caused by corrosion and was actually a very serious safety issue which, had the car had the checks claimed on the website would have been found, it most certainly was an MOT failure. Furthermore, it was noted before purchase that the air conditioning was not working - we had a written assurance from Danny that any problems with the air conditioning would be paid for in full if it was found to be anything more than a re-gas required, following the re-gas the air conditioning failed again. The cost for repair was in excess of £500. We had no option but to have the repair done ourselves and take court action because we had absolutely no response to calls or emails. Finally, the issue is nothing to do with the age of the car, it was an Audi TT with a full dealership history and minor defects are more than acceptable, it was simply to do with mis-selling and false advertisement, also sale of a car which was not deemed as roadworthy, all of which just happen to be illegal! I can assure you, I would never purchase another car from you......

AVOID! Did not set up the warranty, roadside assistance and lied about the AA vehicle inspection. Avoids all forms of contact, I am currently taking Danny/Autobahn to court. Continually deletes reviews and uploads fake ones.

Untrustworthy seller! Lied about the car having two keys (only got one then avoided me after I was trying to get the other) plus never received the roadside assistance or 6 month warranty. EDITED AFTER YOUR REPLY AS I CANT REPLY TO YOUR STORY: You talk total rubbish... Danny told me the spare key was still with previous owner and that he'd 'chase it up'. He was still telling me he was 'chasing' a week later then ignored me after that. You didn't send me a tracking because you didn't send the key. And I got the car a year ago now so the 6 month warranty would of ran out 6 months ago IF you gave me it but you didn't. Just shows what total liars you are!

Recently bought a golf, had every option I wanted and the garage offered a great finance deal. Very happy with my purchase!!!

We bought our car back in Feb. When we arrived this looked like a very professional high end car dealers. And the salesman (Danny) and mechanic that we spoke and dealt with also looked very professional and friendly. So we bought our car and drove back home The next day I realised there was no green slip for us to use to tax the car so I called Danny and he was actually really helpful and sorted that bit out for me. I then realised the service history had nothing in the pack so I called him again. Again he was really helpful and said he would sort this for us. And this is when he started to ignore us and eventually block us I did eventually get through to his showroom and spoke with his dad and he actually told me to call the police because and these are his words "it's the only way he will learn" Danny is nothing but a con man and he should be ashamed to be in the trade. Please check absaloutly everything when buying from this conman He did not set up our warrenty He did not set up our drive a way insurance He did not ever get back to me to resolve this matter. And now I am having to go through the court system with it all please stay away

AVOID. Bought a car from Danny (Autobahn owner) 6 weeks ago and I still have not received the V5C or owner's manual. He is now avoiding all forms of contact. I will update this review as soon as I've heard from him.

They promised to pay for the MOT and brake pads and disc that my mechanic found which should have been done when they do the pre inspection before they sell on to the customer and again they promised to pay for this as well said the money had be sent to my account but it was all LIES. Then they avoided my calls and texts I would NEVER by a car from them again nor would I recommend anyone else to.
