I've been 3 times now and each time they were so good with my German shepherd. They treated her as she was a rescue. And needed her many things where she had been neglected. She is great now and they were not expensive either. I was recommended them and I have now recommended them to my many friends who have pets.

Great vet clinic with great communication, always polite and helpful and reasonable prices. The staff is lovely, they really enjoy what they're doing and they care. Both vets are knowledgeable and always upfront about any treatment and options and we never felt rushed, quite the opposite. Our cat also doesn't have any problem being at the clinic, as soon as we're with the vet, she calms down :)

Yesterday we took our 10 week old puppy here for his vaccines and it was a great experience. Despite the fact that we were late, the nurses were incredibly friendly and loving with him. Dr Will has also been super helpful answering all our questions as first time dog owners. Thanks for fitting us in guys! Strongly recommend this vet ????

I have taken both my cats to The Arc Vets in Muswell Hill. Both times my expectations were exceeded. The professionalism of the staff, nurses and vets were second to none. Felt completely comfertable leaving my little babies in the best care. Would highly recommend to anyone who really cares about their pets.

This veterniary practise is excellent.I have owned a number of dogs over the years and therefore have had exposure to quite a few vets.I can honestly say this vet’s practise is superb.They genuinely care about the animals and are not financially motivated like a lot of vet’s practises have sadly become.Their advice is governed purely by what is best for the animal and not what is best for their pockets.They gave me invaluable advice when my dog got cancer for which I will always be really grateful.

Took my cat to be groomed an she has come out butchered I will Facebook the pitchers yer I understand she attacked the vet but they could have let her rest an carried on I'm so disappointed an so upset yet I still had to pay the price wen I should have been offered half price sooo disappointed an now I have to pay to get her fixed???????????? never again will I go there NEVER

I can not rate this vets highly enough. Will and Richard are very experienced and extremely caring and friendly towards our pets. When my dog Henry was unwell Richard rang me every day to check in and give advise. Henry would not be alive today if it wasn't for their support. The reception staff are also wonderful and caring. I highly recommend them.

We went through 3 vets in the local area before finding and settling with Will & Richard.
They have the right level of concern without allowing you to go pet parent crazy. They act immediately when it's time to act and they let you know when pup is ok and no treatment is needed. They have never been condescending like I've experienced elsewhere.
I feel my pup is completely safe with both Will & Richard. They even acted quickly with a friend's dog after a local vet let them down at the crucial point that their pup needed help, they are now patients at arc too.
Will often spends his holidays volunteering at charities in other countries where dogs don't have the same treatment availability. Always available for a quick email and they can usually fit an appointment in quickly if needed. Really happy we found these guys 2/3 years ago. The nursing team are all brilliant, they love my dog and he loves them, he's always happy to see them.

I’ve just used Arc Vets and I was really impressed - I went there for a second opinion on my dogs ear and it turns out she had a huge grass seed down there. They sorted it within the hour and the vet was super diligent and professional. The veterinary nurses were really lovely and so caring with my dog. I’ll definitely be going back! Highly recommended.

When it comes to choosing a vet to take care of my animals I’m extremely picky as you’re placing the trust in someone to look after a family member.
I couldn’t have asked for more from Will and the Arc team. They go above and beyond at all times and made myself and my dog feel at ease. No question asked ever felt like too much and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledable and personable vet in the area.

I can't praise Arc vets highly enough. I have six pets and so for me vet care is a big issue. Both in terms of quality and price. I drive for almost half an hour to come to the Arc to see Richard/Will despite there being dozens of vets much closer to me. Why? Because the Arc is the best example of why independent vets are better.
Their pricing is competitive, they care about their clients and really look after the animals, they do not push expensive or unnecessary treatments in order to make a quick buck. They will discuss any queries you have at length. They do not have a 'party line' like many chains of vets. If you don't want to vaccinate or if you want to feed raw then they will have sensible and respectful conversations with you. They appreciate that sometimes the person who knows best is the owner who really knows their own animal. In my experience they will go over and above to help you in a way many vets won't.
I recommend them wholeheartedly to everyone who wants a good vet. I honestly can't praise them enough.

They'll never push you to do any unnecessary. And they know their trade incredibly well. They're all just great! You should definitely check Arc Vet Centre out!

I can't speak too highly of Arc Vets - they are amazing. I went to them after a particularly bad experience of their so-called treatment of my cat and Arc were great. They explain everything, don't do anything unnecessary and are anxious to keep costs down for you wherever possible. They treat your pet not their profits. I've exchanged the convenience of a vet round the corner to me who misdiagnose, insist on expensive and unnecessary interventions and refuse to engage when you complaint to a vet that I have to travel to but can trust with my cat.

I just have to write a review of Will and Rich's practice and say how much we rate Arc Vets, everyone is so friendly and helpful (which is great when you're in a bit of a panic). I think their fees are very reasonable given they will never recommend unnecessary treatment, and you can call to speak to staff first for ideas before heading in. Our little pug has no issues coming here which is very refreshing given vets I've been to in the past with previous pets left them terrified!!

I have just read the previous review on this page and wanted to write about my own experiences at Arc Vets. We have a young dog Boris and have been registered with Richard and Will since we got him at the beginning of last year. I was recommended to Richard by lots of local friends who commented on his professionalism and compassion. I was also attracted to supporting a local independent practice. I haven't been disappointed. Fortunately so far my visits have been limited to inoculations and a couple of trips for reassurance when Boris has refused to eat for a couple of days. The practices charges have been clear and fair. Richard, Will and team have been excellent on every visit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have use this vets since they opened nearly 5 years ago. I have a cat and a dog and they have provided brilliant care for both. My cat is now 19 years old and had major surgery last October. We were both provided with excellent care and she made a really quick recovery. I feel able to call for advice on ongoing issues with both pets - they are both "special". This never seems to be a problem and the advice is always good.

I have had dog for last 13 years and also I have been fostering dogs for last few years, thus I had to visit many vet clinics in north (west) London.
There is no comparison, Arc Veterinary Clinic is exceptional
Staff is very knowledgable, professional and highly ethical (will never recommend unnecessary procedure in order to make profit, like I have experience with other vet clinics!)
But most of all staff is so patent and companionate

For the first time we have found a truly wonderful vet in Richard...he looks after our Black Lab ,"Chaos" beautifully. He came highly recommended by our dog walkers, he is very patient ( with us!!)...and has a fantastic way with the dog. We have never felt rushed when we are in there..he gives honest, straightforward advice, prices are very reasonable for a North London vet...he doesn't patronise. He is not at all pushy , unlike a number of vets , and doesn't push expensive medication , procedures or treatment.
He is a real find and we hope that he does very well.he deserves it.

Took my dog there for the first time for issues with his paw. The vet didn't even touch my dog and then charged me £140 for a cream that is £7 shops and it's for humans also. The BlueCross actually helped my dog, cleaned the infection, dressed it and then gave me a cone to put on his head and charged me £35.THIS VET IS A RIP OFF, reception staff was friendly.

I worked/work here occasionally as a locum vet and it's a lovely place - the antithesis of a 'corporate' veterinary practice. No pressure to sell products just to do the right thing for the individual patient/owner. Rich also has an advanced qualification in Oncology and regularly offers me advice when I'm dealing with complex cancer cases even when I'm working elsewhere.
In summary, great guy, great practice, if you go and register your animals there you won't regret it. :-)
