So, I have been going to this Vet only on the weekends for a long time and they have always been very polite, and the vet has been very nice on Saturdays,
Last week my kitten Hannah, was ill and I had to take her for the second time to them (only the day after she had her injection and they had already charged me) as an emergency and there was a new vet which I met first time, he was extremely rude and kept saying I have to pay triple because he is at his lunch time. well my cat was dying and I was desperate, and all he was worried from the beginning was his money ! I only asked him to give a little discount because she was already visited by the vet the day before, and he accused me of refusing to pay... and I won't be allowed to go there never again.
I am professional working with many people in central London, I know exactly how to behave and where to expect something from another professional. he was so rude and abusive in when I was so upset and my cat was dying...
I eventually paid triple for the visit because I thought he definitely need the money !
I will never take Hannah there again and neither my other friends who have been taking their pet there...

We can't recommend Arc Vet highly enough. We've been taking our rescue lurcher there for 6 years. Our dog is very suspicious, untrusting and anti vet. Will is always willing to give phone consults and makes the visits as painless as possible for (Jed) our dog. Jed gets very stressed and Will and his team have always gone above and beyond to limit this. We adopted a second lurcher last year and Will spayed her using keyhole surgery. Her op went really smoothly and her recovery was super fast which meant she was back to running around within a day rather than having to limit activity for weeks as with a normal spaying. Summer (our female dog) loves the team at Arc and never wants to leave! Their charity work is admirable and it's great to support a local independent vets that gives back.

We went to Richard with our new puppy Belgian Shepherd after 20 years with a previous practice. Richard is kind, hands on and very knowledgable . It is a lovely personal surgery and we have every trust in him. After 3 Belgian Sheps we have lots of experience with vets and Richard is totally up to date in treatments and advice but with a real old fashioned "dog/cat" first approach rather than trying to sell you goodness knows what. He is great.

Best vet I've ever been to - have switched over from my usual vets after unhappy with the treatment of my cat. All the staff were lovely and the vet was able to diagnose a rare illness in my cat that two other vets had not managed to. Highly recommended!

I was so impressed with the way my visit to Arc was handled yesterday. My cat was clearly unwell, hadn't eaten for 24 hours and was constantly gagging. Will's sensitive examination, speedy diagnosis, genuine concern for Tiggy's welfare and instant and effective action to remove the cause of the discomfort in his throat under light general anaesthetic was veterinary work at its best. It was all done in the space of 50mins while I waited and the cost was carefully explained prior to treatment and was a fraction of what it could have been. Today Tiggy is back to his normal self and catching up on his lost day!

They get to know you, they care, they suggest cheaper alternatives we can find on Amazon and they are right next to the park walk made from the old railway track. We've plenty of vets closer to us but we choose to stick with this one and have done for the past 5 years
