The most spectacular service here, compared to the tiny boutique they used to have down the road, the sales associates were so rude in that one, but thank god it closed. Since this flagship store had opened a few years back it’s been my go to wonder around shop and I always leave with something because I can’t say no to the amazing staff. They are so helpful I’ve been going alone since I was 18 looked about 16 and they made me feel like a princess even then, when other stores would have looked down on me for looking young and spending so much.

This is definitely the best online service I have ever experienced buying directly from the Dior website with 5 star plus. Wonderful presentation and packaging. All ready for a Christmas gift and to make the experience even better, lots of free samples. I purchased the J'adore gift set.
Highly recommended to shop online. Even the returns are free from the nearest pickup & dropoff shop, but who would want to return such a gift.

Excellent customer service, made me feel valued. Controlled access, splendid shopping experience. Will definitely go back in there again. Only left the other star off because I was offered a drink, which was somehow forgotten about until I was just about to leave.

I bought a bag here and found that it didn’t contain the chain. (yes the stuff neither opened it to let me check nor checked it by herself before packaging. I trust the brand so I didn’t ask for check it too.)
When I back to argue for it, the attitude of staff made me feel offensive which she showed a doubt of what i said. She said she has to check cctv then she told me that she couldn't see anything on cctv but she chose to trust me and give me the chain.
I never had an awful experience like that. It’s obviously your mistake but you doubted me??? It’s literally unacceptable. So sick!

Second time visiting this store! Both times I felt uncomfortable and intimidated. Again security following me round the store, like lost dogs. The sales assistant wasn't helpful and didn’t know the products nor that Dior ran in XXS. May i suggest a member of management gets hold of your store, re-trains staff in the products sold and explains to the security that intimidation is not part of their Job Description. A real shame for a reputable brand.

Black jeans that ripped after two months. I asked them to review and after whole long of review they told they can't help without much detail. They also told me they sent the jeans to Italy but as you see it was sent to HK.

from the moment I walked into the store until the moment I left the store the majority of security guards did not take their eyes off myself, I wasn't dressed any differently than any other person within the store. I may not look prim and proper due to my beard however this is not acceptable behaviour. On the positive note though, I was greeted by Maria who was extremely polite and friendly and the same goes for Tim, both staff were attentive and polite.

I visited the new bond street boutique on 2nd October, having travelled to various boutiques throughout the world, I was amazed by this boutique and with the level of customer service. The sales assistant helped me by showing me lots of different options and was very patient while picking out the right handbag for my wife.

Beautiful store, but I must say that I was disappointed with Dior's customer service. I went with a cousin of mine who had to get some damaged earrings changed which she bought from Dubai. Even though they found her on their system, their attitude was not friendly at all. I get Dior is a big brand and all but that doesn't mean you tailor your attitude according to the customer.

The worst customer service that I have experienced. Poor communication. Staff doesn’t know what they are doing. Not paying attention. Girls on their phones. Was waiting for my bag repair for 12 weeks. Wasn’t notified about it’s arrival. The repair was not done correctly. Quality management is very poor. Then was chasing the staff for 2 month to correct their mistake. Asked to raise an official complaint and for refund got no reply. I find service like this unaacceptable and am hugely disappointed by Dior.

Rude female sales associate followed me up all three floors around the store and made me feel stupid as if I didn’t see her. She was staring at me and whispering to the security guard. I Went in with the intention to buy a lady Dior, left disappointed and carried on to Selfridges. I understand security policies as I’ve worked in luxury retail but this experience was so blatantly dehumanizing to the extreme.

I normally love going to Dior boutique as they have really good service and amazing SAs. The store experience really set themselves apart from other luxury brands like Chanel, LV etc. However during one of my recent visit, someone was helping me and at the same time trying to get items for 2 other group of customers. This is not something I experienced before and felt like this impacts the whole luxury feel to the brand. This only happened once out of many times I went to the boutique but still left me disappointed. I didn't end up buying the item I like due to this which is a pity!!

The store here is very impressive, its huge with lots of natural light. They have loads of different departsments in the same store, childrens clothes, home department, shoes, accesories, perfume, etc...
The staff are very professional and friendly, you also dont have to wait to be served, there are lots of staff around to help you.
The store also has lifts to get to different levels. Great brand, great store and great service.
