An amazing dining experience that I would highly recommend to everyone.
The setting is perfectly suited, keeping it cozy and intimate, with no more than eight other diners and two chefs.
The food is outstanding, each dish served is a minefield of flavours in the mouth, accompanied by specially designated wines.
The food is prepared in front of you with the chefs sharing the origins and the thought process of the dishes whilst giving you the sommelier treatment. At the same time they keep the music going, the dishes clean and the atmosphere friendly and relaxed.
We will definitely be returning.

Aulis is a hidden gem. Top notch 8 seat chef's table. We had the restaurant essentially to ourselves. Chefs engage with you while preparing meals. Food is spectacular and original.

A great experience! You get to see the dishes made in front of you ans talk to the chefs about how it all came about. The food is delicious and the wine pairings were very good too. Highly recommended for a foodie experience!

Booking and paying doesn't actually mean you have a table. Booked and paid for a table at beginning of September, received an email on 26 November stating "Please note that we have not changed any reservations with us from 3rd December onwards" yet get called on the 2nd December stating our booking in two weeks' time could not be accommodated for. In the year of cancellations, Aulis want to take your money for a few months and then cancel your booking when obviously someone with better connections comes along. We had been looking forward to this for a number of months to celebrate a recent marriage but will have to look for something else as Aulis are unwilling to commit to paid for bookings.

Phenomenal! There are no words to truly describe the experience. Compliments to the ‘Ollies’! My tastebuds have no idea what is happening, the bar was raised and we cannot recommend enough. No doubt, we’ll be back. From the ambience to the food to the wine pairing. Thank you for an experience we will fondly remember.

Great meal and service from the two chefs (Mel and Tom) at Aulis London. It was a great experience to sit at the pass and hear all about the dishes which came with an excellent pairing of wines. Very enjoyable evening.

Great concept developed by Simon Rogan (multi-starred chef from L'Enclume in Lake District, and Roganic in London). Aulis is a test kitchen for 8 guests only, sharing a large counter around the kitchen, where 2 chefs cook, serve, explain, pour wine, ... The 12 courses were all excellent and the atmosphere so nice !
