AVOID!!! Refused to repair puncture on my n/s front tyre unless I bought new rear tyres from them! Apparently my o/s rear was illegal! This sounded like a SCAM so I went home to check myself with a digital vernier. As can clearly be seen in the pic, the tyre still has over 2mm of tread on it and is perfectly legal! Cheers for wasting my time!

Absolutely useless, I've booked a service on my 3.5t hire vehicle turned up on the day to be told its not booked, nor can they do it today. Just what you want to hear when you've taken the day off work because you'll have no truck for the day.

I have to admit to having been pretty nervous taking my first car for its first ever tyre change, but my experience was the complete opposite of what I'd feared. The service was friendly, speedy, professional. I was so pleased I took my car back the next day to have the front two replaced as well. When these tyres need replacing I won't be going anywhere else.

Exhaust wasn't fitted properly and it sounded like a boy racer's first project. Went back and they told me that it's normal for a new Exhaust to sound louder.
Took it to the Shoreham branch and they refitted it.

Called for an MOT on the off chance, as I had foolishly let mine run out and everywhere in Brighton was at least a week’s wait. Spoke to Derek, who simply said bring it and leave it with me, saying I would be down in 5 mins and then having to take a work call for an hour and half, I missed one missed slot, he was kind enough to accept it still at 11.30 and managed to squeeze it in, and get it down the same day. Very grateful and found the whole experience pleasant, easy and professional. Based on my experience I would happily recommend Kwik Fit.

They broke my handbrake during the MOT test and put it as an advisory on the MOT certificate. When I pointed out that my handbrake did not move side to side before I brought it in, they just said that we didn't do any work on the handbrake. Also they quoted me £460 in repairs for some ball joints and a steering gaiter... Definitely won't be using kwik fit again. Just save your time and money and find a good local garage that won't rip you off...

I recently had a fantastic experience at this branch. The evening before I was heading on holiday I realised two of my campervan tyres had perished. I was due to drive France! I have a 2.5m van so I know I'm limited as to which garages can actually do tyres due to height restrictions. I called at 5.20pm, the team confirmed they had two tyres in stock. I was 20 minutes drive away and the store closed at 6, but Derek said it was no problem at all, they would wait for me. I got there at 5.40. Not only did they replace both tyres, they also checked the pressures in the rear tyres and knowing I was going on a long drive, topped up my oil and my screenwash. It was way above and beyond what I expected, and it saved my holiday!

Booked my break fluid change online for tomorrow. Phoned up today and asked if it can be done today they guys said they are busy but they will try to fit me in ... so I turned up spoken to the technician abram who did the job he was very nice and explained how its done . Turned up a bit early saw the car driving out with steering wheel covered and the seats covered ???? very good job will definitely come again.

Derek and the team soon gave my Skoda Fabia a comprehensive service & MOT. They very promptly fixed an awkward advisory point on the MOT (the sump) within two days as well. Also Covid precautions were good too, with perspex screens, hand sanitiser available and only one member of staff in the front office actually meeting customers.

Ordered tyres online after submitting car reg was told these are best tyres for your vehicle on the details I had given I turned up for fitting to be told the tyres were not run flats as required by my vehicle thus costing me a further 82 pounds on top of what I already paid online .I feel they need to look at their website as what is the point of putting in car details when you give back misleading information not a very happy customer

Took my car in only to have the rear tyre replaced after a puncture, only to then be told “that both my front tyres were below the legal limit and would need to be changed too, which I knew to be false having checked them often, with at least 3mm left. When firmly correcting them, was told that the fronts were “illegal in their opinion” and the car would have to have the 3 tyres replaced at their garage or none at all, which I refused. Strangely enough the car passed the MOT not 1 month later, with no mention of the tyres being even close to the legal limit.
Very unimpressed, but then I find out that this lot seem to have a reported history of dishonesty ‘or misdiagnosis’, seemingly counting on ignorance of customers. Avoid at all costs.

Called at 5:30 from pease pottage services found a screw in my tyre phoned ahead as not sure if I would arrive before closing at 6 pm Derek extremely helpful arrived just at closing, tyre replaced and lovely helpful staff - good price with my NHS discount would thoroughly recommend based on customer service

Recently had my handbrake adjusted to cope with Brighton hills so it could prevent rollback on small incline on 2 notches, 3 on bigger gradients. only had a tyre Replaced and came back to the car and the handbrake was yanked up to 5 notches and stretched the Brake cable. When i told the person at reception he got in the car stop it rolling back using footbrake and put it up to 3-4 notches and let go and it creaked loudly and traveled a inch and said seems fine it holds. shouldnt be less than 3 anyway. NOT THE POINT it was on virtually flat ground. Proves you dont take care of peoples vehicles and will not be taking any of my money again.

I had four new tyres and a aliment front and rear. Great team on reception advised me if I went on line it was a little cheaper as I was a little hesitant with the phone quote so very helpful and saved me a little money. My car now drives a lot better. Only lost a star as they nearly forgot to put in my petrol extra but once I said they did it straight away. Also had some rim savers on that didn’t last through the service but this didn’t surprise me. Thank you
