Great guys there and very helpful “however on collecting my car the rear air suspension is now malfunctioning and have seen the invoice of how it was broken and won’t work and has to go back as even the AA tried to reset it and couldn’t am hoping that they can fix the issue as it was fine before i delivered the car, the guys have been super helpful in getting the car in for tomorrow and will come collect it from my work
So although I had to change plans and things the place and the staff are fantastic and an asset

Had a problem that my regular garage were not interested in helping me with. As I was looking for somewhere to help at short notice I gave Kwik Fit a call. They said bring it over now. So very helpful. Even though it was something that they were able to fix there and then, suggestions were made to us as to how to proceed to get this fixed. As the said vehicle is non standard this was not unexpected. A big thank you to all of the staff at Kwik Fit Brighton.

I recently went to kwikfit Lewes Road to have the balancing looked at on the truck. I called initially and a very pleasant polite member of staff answered the phone and told me to bring the vehicle in, which I did. Whilst at the garage, it was clear who had answered the phone as the member of staff Dorian (Assistant Manager) dealt with me promptly and professionally. I noticed that he was extremely busy whilst I waited in reception, with customers coming in off the street asking for help. Most people would have been in a flap with the phone ringing and people walking in, but he dealt with each person really calmly and politely. I don't normally write reviews, but its not often that you see someone so professional, unflustered and polite in the workplace. I will always go back to this garage now as it was a pleasant experience, rather than a stressful one.

Took my 19 year fiesta in for a new tyre, whilst waiting in the waiting room for it to be done, the ape of a mechanic, out for a test drive, wheel spins the brand new tyre on to the main road, reving it harder than I’d dare to rev it. All this is on a clutch that I have been nursing through the end of its life as I can’t afford to change it at the minute. I’m f**ing furious. DO NOT USE.

Great garage, polite and friendly staff who are always happy to help. They can be slightly more expensive than other garages but I think that is off set by the fact that you can arrive and get help without booking to check issues, although for more serious matters (service, new brakes, exhausts etc.) You will need to book. Some good offers such as free brake pads for as long as you own the car (after first purchase), 2 year digital wheel alignment (up to 8 visits over the 2 years). Reception area has a complimentary coffee machine and there is comfortable seating. A live scren for the wheel alignment system so you can see your car being adjusted in real time and customer toilets. If you have a while to wait, there is a BP garage opposite with an M&S store within to get something to eat and drink if required. Also has easy access to the Lewes road shops about a 5 minute walk away. Glad to recommend this garage.

Went in for a tyre repair that was covered by insurance. Work was done fast and friendly. Problem was getting though to the insurance company to authorise the work. Dorion, supervisor at KF Brighton spent 45 minutes on the phone sorting it out (mainly in call-holding queues). The insurance company earnt themselves 1 star for their poor service but KF couldn't have been more obliging.

Perfect Mixtue
Booked online for MOT and new Tyre. Online system would not allow both to book together, so chose same time slot for both and then rang to confirm. When I arrived I was told that they couldn’t do both at same time but both should be done within 2hrs. 2hrs later I returned to be told that tyre hadn’t been fitted yet and car had failed MOT. Price for works £800+. Agreed for 2 non essential works to be dropped bringing price down by £300. They could do works by end of day (4+hrs). No choice than to wait as live rural. Very disappointed that they’d not ring me as soon as failed as they could have started work straight away. When finished they presented me with an Invoice £50 more than quoted and to be told, sorry, made a mistake and nothing can be done now. Although the technicians were polite, I felt held to ransom with no choice and no appreciation that they’d made an error with quote. This was my first time at this branch of KF and possibly my last.

Very happy. I had a flat tyre around 16:20 on Saturday, I called and they said bring the car in now and they would replace it. I took my car in and the gents were all professional and nice. I didn't have my credit car on me and they allowed me to call my wife and make a card payment over the phone. This company has had a few bad reviews but I can only speak highly of them. I'm now a very happy Audi driver would highly recommend them. 5 stars. Dr D Hove.

Fab, went for an MOT. Waited in the lounge, comfy, internet reception.
Fully expected car to pass-Wipers failed...but staff didn't check with me just replaced. I realise its a cheap thing and usual prectise but had requested they let me know abnout anything first and was sat in the building (hence the-star)

Popped in on the way home as after trying to pump tyre I encountered a problem with the valve. Jason and Derek are always very helpful for me. Even remember my name when I arrive. On this occasion Jason and the team sorted my wheel with a new valve and I was off swiftly.

Not sure why this branch hasn't got 5 stars. I have been here 5 or six times over the last three years. The customer service is always super clear with impartial choices of what your options are and the diagnostic of the problem. Staff are cheerful and they always manage to get a quick turn around for your repair. Nothing but positive experience here.

I went here for a MOT as mine had ran out and I needed it fast. They told me I had 2 fails- 1 tyre and ball joint. Quoted me £264 for the job. Which was for a £40 tyre and a £25 part. Not acceptable. I had the job completed by a different garage for £120. I also got myself a service and replaced all 4 tyres. Came back to kiwk fit for the re-test where they then told me that my tyres were advisory even though they were brand new. And that my break pads and disks were also advisory even though they had been checked by the other garage and were of perfect working order.

MOT tester was ready as I arrived. I was called as promised once my car had been tested and options discussed, an advisory this time. No hard sell. My paper work was produced within a couple of minutes when O went to collect my car.
I have been using Kwikfit for MOT's for many years after a neighbour recommended them and I find them fair, helpful and reasonable. The guys are always courteous and the Brighton garage is a stand out Kwikfit garage.

Today, 15.10.2019 I brought my car for an MOT. The car didn’t pass the MOT and I needed to pay £566 for shock absorbers and coil springs on front both sides and wheel alignment ( for which I haven’t received a result of the test).
When I collected my car the seat, the inside door handle, the mats and on the seat belt pillar where stains . Josh, maybe the manager, was kind enough to ask one of the staff to clean these parts but the guy who was assigned this job was very rude and he showed me a blue solution, I think for windows, and in the same rude manner told me that is an old car and he can’t make it new.
Eventually I refuse to carry on with the so called cleaning tacking into consideration his greasy gloves, not to make it worst.
I want to mention that the interior is beige and now only on the passenger side and on the back is still beige

This place was so quick and easy when our tyre pressure was low, they gave us air pressure and when we came back, new tyres! Had nails in them for some reason but wasn't a stress at all, you are fablous. Thanks Derek. 5 stars!
