I got a very reasonable quote in the first place, they completed the job within the day , my bumper looks absolutely perfect and to help me out they dropped my car back as well! I contacted this company to quote for a front fog lamp replacement. The quote arrived almost immediately and was very reasonable. On arriving at their establishment later than arranged, I still received a very warm welcome and the offer of refreshment. The fog lamp was replaced sooner than expected and I was on my way in under 30 minutes. Having experienced excellent service and very friendly staff I would not hesitate to use the Wokingham/Winnersh branch again.

Excellent service overall; the rebuild of my bumper was done to a very high standard with regular updates from the team. They even picked up and dropped off my car which is very convenient!

This company advertises quality control checks before car is released back to customers well my car missed this so I had to return to this garage not once but twice as I had concerns about noises on my cars suspension and the work they did complete was to a standard where if a simple check was carried out it would have saved me these visits back On my return back home I tried my rear window washer to find the water is now pouring down the rear door causing a discolouration over the new door your company fitted, not a great result and I'm going to have to take this to another garage to get put right. Also the engineer from the insurance company said to get the shockers fixed from a garage of my choice and if the noises were still there to get back in touch, so even he wasn't sure. The car had a very large oak tree fall over it and if you saw the photographs Iv since supplied to the insurance company you would expect the sort of damage yourselves and the insurance engineer are calling wear and tear. It's not wear and tear it's damage caused by the impact of the tree. Three other cars near mine were written off due to the damage caused If you need to see the photographs I'd happily supply these. I have been to another garage and had the car properly assessed and have been told that yes these parts do wear but as my car had been through an mot and had a service, new tyres and wheels balanced within the previous month that the tree had most likely been the cause. This garage gave my car a test drive and then put it up on the ramps to take a good look underneath and gave their opinion as the wishbones at the front of the car were damaged in the tree fall and as these look to be new couldn't understand the screeching on the car. Your company has now had two chances to repair my car to a standard it was previous to the tree fall and I wasn't too hopeful today but got talked into coming back to give you a chance to repair the water jet by my insurance company, sadly I'm still of the opinion that Iv just had a shoddy service from start to Finnish.

Fantastic customer service, speed of service & repair was 5*. Highly recommed.

Avoid unless you're happy to pay £45 just to get an estimate.
