For two years I’ve been looking for the ideal i3 for me. Arthur was selling one with my name on it! The process was so smooth and professional. He had it delivered with over 70% SoC (state of charge) and as soon as I jumped in, I knew it was a keeper! So clean and tidy, exterior and interior both immaculate. The documents and formalities were all taken care of, all I had to do was sign and pay!

An unusually and genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. This is not a typical used car sales outfit by any stretch of the imagination. Genuinely nice and knowledgeable people selling well prepared vehicles with full aftersales support. I purchased a vehicle and arranged finance over the phone on a Sunday and had an immaculate vehicle delivered the very next morning (in the snow) with a comprehensive handover. A week later, there was a minor, minor issue probably due to the 12v battery and cold weather, but these guys said no problem, we'll order a spare battery from BMW just in case and will come over and fit the battery or update the operating system. I can not recall ever having such confidence in a vehicle purchase in over 20yrs. Buy from these guys with complete confidence.

Not a place you would normally expect a car dealership but easy enough to find.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
There is a very friendly dog there so if you're allergic be aware.
There is also a bathroom.

A refreshing way to buy a car! Arthur was an absolute pleasure to liaise with and the whole process was seamless. I contacted Arthur for selling advice a few months ago after seeing several glowing recommendations online - He gave me sound and honest advice without pushing me for a sale.
When my car was actually available for sale Arthur was in touch again and gave me an honest and transparent assessment of the value of my car to his business based on the positives and the negatives of my particular car - Including his projected resale price and subsequent profit margin.
He was prepared to negotiate and met me half way towards my aspiration - his final offer was £1000 more than my local dealership’s part exchange offer!
Arthur and his partner have a lot of knowledge and experience gained from years working in BMW dealerships so I had confidence in his judgment.

I had first hand experience this week with Wisely SOLD and the sale of my Jaguar F Type V8 S. The service was fantastic from start to finish, keeping me informed during the whole process and ensuring I understood each stage of the transaction. Not only did they better the closest offer for my vehicle by £500, they also; picked the vehicle up for free, transferred the funds to my account and settled my finance in front me with confirmations via email of the latter. The vehicle was then transferred into their name on the DVLA website ending an absolute seamless process. I would have no hesitation to contact them again should I need to use their services.

This is the first time that I have ever felt able to give a positive review of any car buying service including main dealers. Arthur from Wisely Sold contacted me directly after seeing my advert for my bmw-i3 on the Facebook i3 forum. He discussed the car with me on the phone and made me a fantastic offer very close to my asking price which i accepted and within 10 mins the deposit was in my bank and he was on the train from London to me in the West Midlands. I picked him up from my local station and he inspected the car, no quibbles, no picking faults and we went inside to complete the sale. He transferred the balance into my account straight away and sorted the paperwork and that was it. Arthur was totally polite, honest and professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. What a pleasant change from a lot of the dealers out there! An extremely easy engagement with Arthur & team, which in the end didn't come to fruition, purely down to changes in my circumstances, rather than anything from Wisely SOLD's side.
From initial contact regarding my 911, Arthur was absolutely straight up on how he worked and what he would make from any deal. Contact was easy and professional, over both email and phone with no false promises.
I was involved in the trade in my younger years and have seen the full spectrum of service on offer, from wide-boys pushing death traps and ripping people off, to genuine enthusiasts that just want to earn a little out of something they love. Arthur seems to be firmly in the latter camp and I would have no hesitation in recommending Wisely Sold to family and friends. Indeed he will be the first call I make in about 3 months time when my stepson wants to upgrade his car and will no doubt look to me to help him get a fair price for it!!

One of the easiest and most pleasant ways of selling your car is with these guys. I had a pretty awful experience with another car buying company that I will not name at this time, so I had resigned myself to the torture of enduring the en masse tyre kickers. Thankfully, I remembered hearing about WiselySold via a YouTuber and thought I'd give them a go. Great comms throughout, didn't reduce the sale price by a penny and picked it up straight from my apartment. Money was in my account immediately and the chap who collected my beloved M135i was exceptional, pleasant, friendly and informative. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
