Exchanged a Nissan Note to upgrade to an automatic Nissan Note. I paid slightly more than I thought it was worth as the existing reviews combined with the 30 days warranty, I thought any issues picked up would be rectified as the car would be mainly used by partner to commute. Unfortunately, an issue noticed when purchasing the car and another after purchasing the car during the first 30 days has still not been corrected and its been 2 months. They said they would call back and arrange and still haven't and I do not have the time to keep calling and chasing. I understand that covid has disrupted businesses and I can wait for a repair to be scheduled in the future as none of the issues are urgent fixes, but I have received no contact from them after they had promised to keep in touch and arrange a repair in the future.
Aside from this, they were helpful on the day, after sales, not so much.

Bit of a long time coming but I faithfully assured Adam that I would write a review. My 17 year old daughter bought her first car from South London Car sales back in March. Adam was great, no messing around, honest and straight to the point. The car has been perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from them, I definitely recommend.

I was a bit dubious when we first got there as I had never bought a car before, let alone a used car. However, Adam was extremely helpful and reassuring! We got a really good car for a very decent price, he answered all our questions and he supported us all the way through! He also provided advice and kept our car until we found a better insurance deal. I am very happy thus far and I would certainly recommend. If things go well in the long term with this car, we will not hesitate to make more business with you in the future!

An amazing experience, again! Why again? Because I had already one car from this wonderful team and it was amazing, still working perfectly and no problems till now, I just wanted to change into a newer one, and I did it today! Happy again, I had an issue with my insurance, here I want to say an enormous Thank you to Adam!!! He was my saver, helping me with all documents required! Not only! They took my old car and I paid the difference for the new one! An amazing man, place and service! No words! Next car will be from them with no wonder! ???? Thank you Adam! What a great family run business, I live 2 hours out of London so first off I phoned and asked for a hold on my car, this was done. 2ndly brought the car had an issue with the stereo it was sent off same day and they had it repaired. 3rd had my own diagnostics run on the car and found a couple of faults they agreed to half the bill with me and now happily driving my new car. Over all the experience was fast efficient and extremely helpful and polite, I for one will definitely be returning. ????

I got a car off rob and Adam they was so helpful and couldn’t have done enough sorting out a car that was right for me.
I had a slight problem with the air con they took the car sorted it within 24hours and back to me

There was a gentleman called Steve who used to work there. He was nice, friendly polite. They sold me a car for 2,300 which was full of problems. Majority of it they agreed to fix after I dropped it off. However, they did charge me for one repair which I paid for as I didn't like confrontations. All repairs were required within first two weeks of purchase which I shouldn't need to pay for really. They were not wear and tear repairs.
Nevertheless, Steve has left and now you have a grumpy fart. He couldn't care less. Wouldn't recommend this place based on previous experience and wouldn't revisit.
Also they get really old cars of low value. Can't get a decent car here. They never stock them.

First class service! I bought a Smart car from Larry last Monday and on Wednesday the engine management light came on. He asked that I bring it back to him to sort out but as I live in Oxford, I wasn't keen on driving all the way back to Rotherhithe! He asked me to arrange for a local garage to complete the work and he'd sort out payment. The car was fixed, paid for by Larry and back with me by Friday morning. Larry definitely puts the customer experience at the forefront of what he does. Great customer service. Thank you.

Avoid this place! bought the car in here just to find out that the AirCon Radiator needs to be changed. I Highlighted the issue within 30 days of purchase (Aircon didn't work) and couldn't resolve it with the manager who either didn't pick up my calls or was always postponing and finding out reasons not to take any action. He seem to be a nice guy at first but simply didn't care about the fact that sold car not as describe at time of sale.

Spent 1550 pounds on a car. After 4 months the automatic transmission failed and it was deemed economically irreparable. We have tried in vain to contact the dealer asking for a refund as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015 . We essentially spent 1550 pounds on a car that lasted only 4 months.
