Went into to click and collect oil today. Service was quick and polite. The customer connection area looks new, clean and tidy. Saw them sanitising customer touch points like the door handle. Decent car parking facilities but might be a bit crowded on Saturdays though, as most of their delivery vans are parked up. Can't fault really.

The female at the counter (sorry I can't remember her name) has been so helpful this week. When I had to purchase discs and pads for my car and there were a couple of options. She got them both for me to compare.

not so good, out of 10 visits I returned empty handed 6 times, normal needs like waterhose, fuel line, clevis pin, not available, staff not trained for car repairs, fuseholder I bought fell apart after opening the package. For sure no more Halfords for me anymore.

My husband went in to return a faulty part, all he had was his order confirmation and not a receipt to say he had bought the item, was advised nothing could be done (husband spat dummy out a bit and he apologises for that).
The lovely lady behind the counter went out of her way to help him out and get his refund.
The manager was involved and another customer service assistant. All were polite and very helpful. My husband walked away a very happy person because of the above and beyond help.
Faulty parts happen at the end of the day, these lovely lot will do their best to help you out if they can.
Will be a repeat customer in the future although not had a replacement part this time as garage got the part for us.
Nice and cheap and superb customer service.
The lovely lady with purple hair and the bald headed bloke are superb and deserve a decent bit of praise, don't know where the bad reviews come from to be honest.

Used this place a few time been in this morning to pick a click and collect order, was looking at some stuff walked out of store to get a cig the lady behind the counter followed me out and accused me of shop lifting. I followed her back back in and ask what I had took, which I told them I hadn’t took it, I then asked to talk to a manager, where I took my top off and pulled my top and asked them to follow me out to when she had stop me but there won’t when there didn’t find anything on my there wasn’t even a sorry or anything poor customer service

Everythings clean and seems very organised at the front desk when shes there (not to say it isnt all those things when she isnt) but more so when she is. Sufficient parking, and handily open until 4:00pm on Sunday.

Good proces and generally always have what I need in stock, but come on the wait times are ridiculous. I use click and collect and was the only person in store when I collected my items hours after ordering. I must of been waiting 15 mins. Staff are always friendly and helpful though.

on Saturday I wanted to buy parts, I was standing in line when I entered the store the seller almost started shouting that only 3 people in the store are supposed to be, As if he hated me for something. I left. Suddenly a man entered the store and the seller did not say anything about it, so I asked him if he could count, He replied that he might be in the store. he added that he will not serve me. I would like to add that I have been a Eurocarparts customer for several years and I have always been satisfied, I did not buy a part, I bought it at GSF Parts half cheaper and without any problems.

When Tamworth stepped in to help during Covid-19 one of my orders was sent to them. I only received 1 item out of 4 parts and it was 10 days from making the order! I rang them at Tamworth and they were useless, told me they don’t deal with people in Derby which they clearly had! 2 hour wait to Main customer services on the phone! time I didn’t have! I rang Derby for help and Jess assisted me and got through to main customer service for me via a back door! She rang me back and have me a date and reason for the issue. Resolved! Jess is an asset to the company! Thanks!

When I needed just a wiper blade for my daughter's BMW during lockdown, to keep her and her family safe, Euro car parts in Derby really stepped up. Not directly involved in the motor trade but classed as a key worker they were more than happy to serve me with the correct part at a reasonable price in their normal friendly, professional, polite manner.

Used euros for plenty of cars and never had a problem. Some people/garages advise against them saying they send a wrong part. Never had a problem, enter you registration on the website, search your parts, it will tell you if they have stock, job done. If you go down at the weekend expect a bit of a queue.

I've said it about other Euro Car Parts stores and the same is true here. You'll get great service and the staff will do their best to get you what you need at the best price... BUT you will likely find yourself waiting to be tended to as there is usually only one person on the counter who is trying to be as helpful as possible to their customer at the time.

My online order wasn’t ready to be collected after 24h from placing it online, that’s said its ready after 15 min after placing the order, and kept me to wait for collection, then brought me wrong item not the one I ordered, there wasn’t option for delivery only click and collect.

Sold me a replacement repeater. Didn't work when I fitted it so had to have a mechanic come out to check my electrics. Found out the part they sold me was faulty.
So now out of pocket for an hour labour which they say they wont pay me for. Got another one from TPS and you could tell the massive difference in quality. The unit just felt solid in the hand whilst the ECP part is just flimsy.
So avoid this cowboy company at all costs as they just sell cheap nasty imitation parts - my mechanic actually confirmed how useless they are himself and says he avoids them like the plague

Always decent service but let down by the actual speed of service. Been in many times and they seem to be in such a go slow! Needs sorting really as waiting for simple parts (oil filter and air filter) for half hour or so is soul destroying

If correct part was given firstly I wouldn't off needed to pay for fitting the wrong throttle body only to be removed and damaged/ broken unit fitted. Mechanic wasnt happy. I rang the manufacturer to confirm the part wasnt correct for my car. Euro car parts corrected this following day I'm still out off pocket £70 for fitting wrong one as euro assured me this was correct even though part number never matched up. Should of gone to Andrew pages instead

HT leads worked fine but weren't great quality. Recon Bosch starter motor was amazing and great value. However my last dealing with them not so good for a new alternator. I searched for the one I needed on line, went in to store and collected and gave them my old one to get the surcharge knocked off. I went home and tried it immediately and it was the wrong one, within 45 minutes from purchase I was back at the store. They would only give me a refund for the part excluding the surcharge and they said my one had been sent off already so I could not have it back. So when I find the right one I won't be able to get the £47.99 surcharge off it, and on a £100 ish alternator that made a massive difference. Manager said it was out of their hands and couldn't even be bothered to come and speak to me.
