Can't thank these guys enough. I had an issue with my interior car lights + a few mobile car specialists were looking to charge me £70+ vat (per hour) to take a look. I took it to the lads here for advice and were able to identify the issue and fix it. Saved a lot of money to be wasted for a 10 minute job! These guys are HIGHLY recommended, extremely friendly and helpful!

Just had a dash cam fitted, can’t fault the service and helpfulness of both members of staff.
Really pleased with the fitting and despite another nationwide auto parts store with an orange logo! saying my V90 was on a list of cars they can’t do!!!
Well done Bestwicks, I will highly recommend you to anyone for similar work.

I had a MOT completed last year where I was advised I needed a new catalytic converter and a few other bits doing for it to pass. Which was to tune of over £400. Very happy at the time with the service provided.
Fast forward to my MOT this year and went to a family trusted garage for my MOT instead. I’m told it’s failed due to the catalytic converter. When they looked at the part they confirmed that it was a cheap Chinese part that was used. So I’m now having to pay out AGAIN for the same work to be carried out just over a year later.

I went today to get my private registration plate printed. Nice guys and good customer service. Very happy with the product, it’s price point, and the fact that they print their company name small at the bottom of the plate unlike other companies. Would highly recommend.

I phoned up about problems with my Halo dash cam not connecting to my phone and it was out of warranty. They told me to nip over and Deano sorted it for me within a short while by re setting it and other things I didn’t understand free of charge. Would get service like this at Halfords. I would recommend this shop to anybody.

This is a supreme shop. They have an extensive range of Autoglym whilst other shops seem to be depleting their range. I use Autoglym on my car and in my home too as there is no better cleaning products for shine, cleanliness and smoothness. Without Autoglym, you think that your windows and shower screen are clean, until the sun shines directly on it, and then you realise that it's a smeary mess. The staff knowledge is excellent and they have time for you without flogging you what you don't need!

We recently experienced problems trying to get our caravan to operate. We had purchased a new and very reasonably priced leisure battery, and when this failed to do the trick we were getting very stressed as to what the problem was. We contacted Alan at Bestwicks, and whilst we were in a bit of a panic Alan remained calm and talked us through the things we should check. We followed his advice to check the 'interim fuse' from the battery source to the main fuse box and yes it had blown. Replaced the 25amp fuse and all sorted.

Bad Customer Service !!! . I had a car key that had snapped I went to Timpsons who quoted me £15 to cut a new key but because they were out of stock asked me to return in 2 days. I was in Allenton and remembered about Bestwick so went in. I spoke to the gentleman behind the counter who said it would also be £15. I said that would be fine. He asked me to wait for his colleague who was just finishing serving another customer. I waited 5 mins. The man serving me then informed his colleague about the key and told him it would be £15. His colleague replied to him quote ' £15 I'm not faffing around doing that for £15 if he wants that doing he needs to pay £25' Shocked and disappointed at his colleagues rude response I politely informed them that Timpsons quoted me £15 but were out of stock, so its okay I will go back there. I will never return to Bestwick ever again .Terrible customer service !!!

Detachable tow bar fitted in May and fitter went through instructions clearly on how to fit and remove it. Now used twice for towing a caravan, electrics all ok and very pleased with it. When towbar removed and electrics turned up you can't see anything. Job completed when promised and very satisfied with service.
