Worst parts supplier ever! Don't know why I went back after the first time! Still no parts after being reserved, re sold and then told no stock and to re arrange picking them up once rang the next day- still no phone call. Don't use

Many parts available for most makes of cars at prices far lower than the dealers if you are prepared for a wait as there's usually only one person manning the desk and taking telephone orders, ordering online here is the best option if pushed for time and if they haven't got what you want in stock they can usually get it in store later the same day.

Completed a click and collect order for brake pads and discs, needed them next day and didn’t realise one of the parts wasn’t in stock. Called store to see if I could part collect my order and the guy on the phone managed to source the parts and got them to the Derby branch within a couple of hours! Great service, guy I dealt with (didn’t get his name) was brilliant, I’d managed to ad the wrong pads tk the order too so he spotted that and sorted that for me too! Really helpful and friendly service. Awesome!

Worst car parts supplier I've ever dealt with. Order on line to collect. Shows in stock. Confirmed collection after 1 hour. Travel 20 miles from swadlincote to be ignored whilst in the shop. I'm a paying customer. I'm giving you my hard earned cash. Not a hello be with you in just a minute. Hold on a sec, I should be priority over and delivery. I'm stood infromt of you. Then after being greated and told him my reference number comes back to tell me they dont have it in stock. Jokers. I'll get my stuff from someone else from now on

Rude staff, have attitude when dealing with returns, clearly think the returns come out of their own pocket and take it way too personally! Please get appropriate training at staff and management level on how to deal with customers. What a joke! :)

Use GSF on a daily basis would highly recommend. Good range of products and competitive prices. Happy to get parts in if not in stock. Very friendly and helpful sales staff on the phones. Would recommend!!

I found them really unprofessional. Ordered parts over the phone to be collected. Got there waited for other custmers to be served which took15mins. They asked my reg again and said yes order is ready but over the phone i was given price 55 but on arrival it was 58.92. I had no issue paying bit more as i was already in rush. Then i had to wait another 10 mins for them to find oil. I was already running late and decided they wont find it any sooner and left. The oil was 0w 30 which they had on their shelf with 3 different brands. But dont know which one they were looking for. Waste of time. Never coming back.

Went there yesterday to get petrol can asked about code so can get 60% discount to be told it takes 15 minutes to come through eurocarparts just do it for you on the computer there and then had to put registration in to see any parts their system said my saab is 16 valve its not its an 8 valve some of the slowest service to both times ive been left and went to wilko where petrol can was cheaper still make sure to order before going and be patient as did work out cheaper than eurocarparts but they need to learn better customer relations

I OWN A VERY BUSY MOT GARAGE NAMELY JOHN COOPER DERBY LTD AND BUY PARTS OFF VARIOUS MOTOR FACTORS AND GSF HAVE TO BE ONE OF THE WORST. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SOME OF THE WORST I HAVE EXPERIENCED. THEY ARE ON PAR WITH EURO CAR PARTS AND THATS SAYING SOMETHING. THEY SEND REPS ROUND PROMISING THIS, THAT AND THE OTHER. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE.
