Very slow in serving and very slow getting your order together. You think like other eurocar parts if you've placed an order they have a collection shelf to speed things up. Theres parking but there always full yet hardly anyone in the shop!

The prices are often good (particularly if you use the online codes), and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The online element isn't so great at times, and they have managed to mess up my deliveries on a couple of occasions with very little support when a problem does arise. I stick to reservations and collect in store now, no issues on that front.

Ordered click and collect to be fast, but there was one server with about 30 customers, and he was more interested in chatting to just one customer. Waited over 40 minutes just to pick up something already bought and paid for.

Cheapest place for parts and stores are available nationwide. Only dow side is when collecting reserved items there is a bit of a wait. At least going to spend 30 mins there if there are more than 5 people in the queue. Other than that staff are great. Just need more people at the tills when there are quite a few people there

3 stars. As a whole the business I good. HOWEVER parts counter is terrible. The issue is a big company like this should be using an Argos style system. Order your parts at the desk, and the order goes to a screen in the warehouse and a picker brings it out. Lads on the counter must hate their job half the time they are running about sorting issues and picking parts. They shouldn't have to leave the counter. Just the entire flow is awful. Could be so better organised and the loss of potential earnings is huge. Amount of people I've seen leave and go somewhere else because of the queue is unreal. A bit of investment on speeding up the trade counter would massively improve issues.

Waited half hour to 45 minutes from coming in door to waiting for 1 part to come out. Lad serving on his own didnt have any manners. Only spoke to say how much he wanted. Cheap for parts but stupidly slow service. Maybe help to get another member of staff on front to speed it up a bit?

Usually everything it's great. 3 stars because last time I'm waiting in queue 30min! Lots of people and only one person who working on checkout and collecting stuff for customers. Guy's you need to work on it. Next time if I'll see that queue I'll go to GSF.

"Click and collect" service should be renamed to "Click, wait 24 hours for it to be available in store, then go to store and wait a another 35 minutes to get served, followed by a further 15 minutes for them to find it in the warehouse" Repeat procedure when you get home and realise they gave you the wrong part. Bit of a mouthful but is more accurate.

Be prepared for a long wait. Very sparse parking too. Make sure you check your order before you leave. Two separate occasions I've been issued with preused parts that have obviously been returned and not checked.

Shockingly slow service, pre-orderd a car battery on-line. There was a queue of people waiting to be served, with only one person serving, it took nearly 15 minutes to get served, followed by waiting a further 25 minutes for the battery to come out from the stock/store room. The price was fantastic due to a Xmas promotion on the website, hence the 2 stars, without the price it would have been a very disappointing 1 star

Allowed myself to place order online via click and collect went to collect and pay,payment was taken and gentleman went off to find my item,after waiting 20 minutes he appeared and informed me that the item i had reserved and paid for was not actually in stock...so i had a wasted collection trip and i am now out of pocket until refund has cleared on payment card.i will avoid using this company again like the plague. I would give zero stars but have to put at least one in order to post review. COMPLETELY USELESS.

Impossible to park. No consideration given to customers needing to use the carpark. Always full of staff cars yet you still have to wait half an hour for somebody to fetch your click and collect order as nobody seems to be around or doing anything. I avoid this branch unless im desperate, i'd recommend a short drive to the burton branch instead

Although good prices the derby store let’s itself down by unbelievable waiting time at the click and collect .. plenty of staff in office and one person serving it’s shocking. Needs to be sorted as customers driving off . 2nd visit in a week and both times about a 30 minute wait!!!

Shocking. Can't seem to do anything you ask and want, slow unwilling staff, well, a few of them. Was in the shop for over 1 hour to get a refund only for them to tell me that I NEED TO SORT THE OUT?! Go GSF instead.. The only reason why I can't give it 1 is because you will get a car part that you want at the end of it .. only time can tell though.
